The Boathouse Shelter Island is a private event space located on Shelter Island at the Island Boatyard and Marina. The recently renovated, 4,000 square foot space features over 200 feet of waterfront and incredible sunset views overlooking West Neck Harbor. The historic building, dating back to the 1920's, was originally used as boat storage. Today, it debuts a new look with versatility for any stylish event. Grammy award winning musician and East End resident Billy Joel recorded his album, River of Dreams, at The Boathouse in 1993.

This national historic site was built in 1896. All the original details have been preserved. The House can accommodate seated events of up to 200 guests, or a small, relaxed brunch in the gardens. White wainscoting adorns the rooms throughout the mansion, while floral wallpaper and neutral colored walls create a traditional look. The Love Shack is a photographic location, small event space, and live-in show home in Brooklyn, New York City. Maximum capacity for cocktail style events is 50 while for a seated dinner setting it's 22 on one long table or 32 on two long tables (requires removing furniture and takes up the majority of the space.) An experiment in the possibilities of loft living, surreality and commercial space, Alexander Love designed and built two life-size dollhouses in an ex-industrial building in Bushwick, Brooklyn.
