Burke Mountain Hotel & Conference Center was the best wedding venue we could’ve asked for. My husband and I visited so many wedding venue spots, but none of them compared to Burke. We wanted a venue that our guests could arrive at, park their car, and never have to get in it again until they left if they wanted, and Burke provided that. They also offer a wedding coordinator and Alicia, our coordinator was the absolute best! She was on top of everything from the full wedding weekend itinerary, providing suggestions, keeping track of deadlines, meeting with and coordinating our vendors the morning of our wedding, and ultimately making sure our entire wedding planning process and wedding weekend went perfectly. The night before our wedding, not only did she hang all the disco balls we brought for the reception herself, she also had another decor suggestion for our reception and this suggestion came with her having to paint something rather large. We loved the idea and she insisted on doing it, in the little (if any) spare time she had. She was so kind and professional and truly made our entire wedding planning experience enjoyable. We had a welcome event the night before our wedding which really helped everyone get to know each other and unwind from their travels. Our welcome event was in the Willoughby room and we utilized the patio, just off the room. We provided food, had a bar, the patio offered a fire pit, and we brought lawn games. It was a blast. The morning of our wedding, breakfast was delivered to our room which was great! When we went to decorate the ballroom, everything was setup for us so we could get right to work. Lou, the gentleman helping us move tables around, hang things, get our ceremony spot setup (chairs and arbor) was also such a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and very nice. The ceremony, reception, and after party all happened perfectly and seamlessly. If there were any hiccups behind the scenes, we never knew about them. All the staff at Burke were absolutely incredible to work with. They were professional yet personal, on top of everything, and so, so nice. Even our guests commented how nice everyone was. The food was absolutely delicious and another thing commented heavily by our guests (even still, 4 months later). Above and beyond: when my husband and I returned back to our room the night of our wedding, Burke staff had packed two to-go boxes with food from our wedding and put it in our refrigerator, they gave us two beautiful Burke glasses, had snapped a photo of us during the reception, had it printed, and framed in a beautiful Burke frame with a card, and brought our wedding cake & card box to the room. We were blown away. Plus, the venue is just gorgeous! If Burke is on your list, definitely highly consider them! If we had to do it all over again, we would go back there 100%

From the first time we met with the team at Ogontz Rustic Resort, we were impressed by their timely, genuine, and knowledgeable communication. They took amazing care of us and all our guests, from the 3-month-old babies to my 91-year-old Grandpa, ensuring our wedding day was truly incredible and a family affair. It was incredibly important to us to have all of family and friends in one spot for the weekend. We had guests from all around the globe, and everyone agreed there was no where like it. I highly recommend the firework send off at the end of the reception. It’s a wonderful show. The Ogontz team went above and beyond. We are so grateful. Not only is the venue and the grounds amazingly stunning. The food was on point. Every meal was taken care of and no one complained. (When does that happen??) It's been over a month, and our guests are still raving that it was the best wedding they've ever attended. Ogontz Rustic Resort provided us with the best weekend of our lives, and I highly recommend them to any couple looking for a beautiful, welcoming venue that will make their special day unforgettable. I can not wait to go back and visit our Ogontz family.

We have been coming to the Wayside Inn for years as guests and it was the perfect place for our wedding guests to stay and to host our welcome dinner! Sarah and her team went above and beyond to make everything so special from a creating a weekend itinerary for guests, decorating the Inn with personalized photos of us submitted by our friends & family, and champagne and strawberries waiting in our room after the reception. Sarah & Mariah took so much care with the planning process to make sure every detail was right and what we wanted. July-2024 we hosted our daughter’s wedding at the Omni Mount Washington Resort in the White Mountains of NH. We were fortunate to have perfect weather the entire weekend. But the hospitality, service, food, location & splendor of a well kept historic grand dame hotel made our entire experience a spectacular, elegant and enjoyable weekend for everyone! Guests enjoyed golfing, hiking, relaxing by the pool or the veranda surrounded by gorgeous views all weekend. Friday evening we entertained our guest with a private welcome party on the South Veranda. We were able to customize a menu with the chef- treating everyone with a taste of South Indian dishes honoring the region of India our son-in-law & family are from. The ceremony & reception were held at the Rosewood Lodge at the top of Brettonwoods Ski Area. A gondola ride to the top provided a fun experience, helping to build the excitement for the main event. Having the entire lodge, patio top of mountain to ourselves made it feel exclusive and very special. Accommodations- the MW is a magnificent grand historic hotel beautifully decorated with beautiful grounds. It is clean & well maintained for being 125 year old large busy hotel. The bride & groom had their 1st look at the main hotel- providing a beautiful setting & capturing the grandeur of the hotel. Service & Hospitality- in a word it was-Outstanding! The wedding consultant(Katarina Doucette- Senior Catering Sales Manager) was so helpful, accommodating & responsive throughout the entire process. Every staff member from the banquet coordinators, chef, servers, hotel cleaning staff & front desk took such special care of us - despite being a busy summer weekend we felt we were exclusive guests of the hotel. A special shout out to the gondola operators- they were so helpful getting our wedding decorations loaded & up/down the mountain. They even enthusiastically decorated the bride & grooms gondola with lighting for a crazy/fun send off at the end of the night! To end the weekend - we had a delicious Sunday brunch buffet for our guests in the beautiful main dining room. We utilized nearly every area & aspect of the Mount Washington Resort and had great experiences the entire weekend! Weddings are expensive but we felt every penny we spent was well worth it and appreciated at The Omni Mount Washington Resort. The pictures from the photographer - Lena Marisola - really say it all!

Where do I start?! I think the pictures speak for themselves as to how gorgeous this venue is. When we were looking at venues in the fall of 2022, the minute we stepped foot into the Lakehouse at Owl’s Nest we knew it was our venue. Much has changed at Owl’s Nest over the last 20 months since we booked. Like other couples, this was exciting and also anxiety-provoking at times. The construction never seems to end with all of the additions to the property, but all of the changes just make ON an even more incredible destination. We loved the feeling of being at a resort for our wedding weekend and truly being at a destination, regardless of how far or close it was to home. We (and our guests) took full advantage of the restaurant, hot tub and pool, driving range, and the whole property itself. The golf course itself wasn’t open for our wedding since they don’t open it until May, but the driving range and simulators were more than enough for the golfers who came. The grounds are gorgeous (despite any ongoing construction). We have seen so many stunning photos of other couples and couldn’t wait for our turn! We were especially eager for gorgeous sunset photos. The weather and clouds didn’t necessarily work out for us, but that’s the risk anywhere. However, because we were at Owl’s Nest, we were able to still get out for additional photos as the sun was setting and they still turned out absolutely stunning thanks to the grounds and the views of the mountains! The lodging on site is great! A huge bonus for us was the ability to bring our dog to stay with us since they have pet friendly lodging options. My husband and I stayed in a deluxe nano unit, which had a full kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, bathroom, and lots of closets! Our dog especially appreciated the closed off deck so she could freely roam inside and outside of our house. Our friends and family stayed onsite in Gambrel, Contemporary, and Lakeside units, as well as the new hotel, and even some Air bnb rentals (right on the property)! Now last but not least for my ON review…HAYLEA was our coordinator and we LOVE her. Owl’s Nest assigns your coordinator about 6 months before your wedding date (and before that you work with the manager). From our first meeting with Haylea, every minor detail that we were stressed or nervous about was eagerly addressed by Haylea. She set up our venue from top to bottom exactly as I envisioned it, and assisted us through an insane amount of seating chart adjustments. She supported us through the planning process but was also SO helpful throughout our day, making sure we had everything we needed, making sure we ate and drank, keeping us on the timeline (and making adjustments as needed). We truly felt so at ease in her hands.

We are so glad we chose Lake Morey resort for our wedding venue. Our top priority for our venue was to find a place where our friends and family would be able to share quality time together, have fun, and enjoy the outdoors. Lake Morey nailed it with their social environment, gorgeous grounds, and amazing live music. We had our ceremony in the Hemlock Gardens, with cocktail hour in Mapleview Gardens & tented reception on the lawn — all the venues dressed up beautifully for the big day. While food wasn’t a huge priority for us when selecting the venue, Lake Morey greatly exceeded our expectations. The reception food and hors d’oeuvres were delicious and garnered a ton of compliments. And no review of Lake Morey would be complete without a shout-out to Bonnie, the in-house wedding coordinator, who is exceptional. She was extremely organized, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. When we had a scare about getting rained out, she proactively made sure to book the nicest spaces for backup venues at no upcharge for us (fortunately, the skies did clear up for the big day, but she saved our welcome party from disaster). It was so clear to us that Bonnie really cares about the couples she works with — it’s more than just a job for her. Thank you once again Bonnie and all the amazing staff at Lake Morey!

We had our September 2024 wedding at FF and let me tell you, this place and these owners are special. Farmhouse Flowers was the first and only venue we looked at. From the beginning, Thomas (co-owner) was so patient with all of our questions. We immediately got the sense that he cared about us and our event. He even gave us suggestions for how we should word certain things when speaking to different venues! Working with the FF team in the months leading up to your wedding is stress free. They get everything organized and set up for your event far in advance and are so easy to work with. They are flexible and are willing to do anything they can to make your event perfect. In the week leading up to our event, Bridget (co-owner) went into labor and had a baby. She was literally at the venue the NEXT DAY setting up flowers to make sure our event was on track. They showed no signs of stress and just continued to blow us away. The day before our wedding, Thomas was at the property assisting us with anything and everything. The only word I can use to describe our wedding day is perfect. The entire property comes together to create such a beautiful environment for the wedding party and the guests. The house on the property is perfect for getting ready or for providing lodgings for vendors. The ceremony spot is STUNNING, it overlooks fields of beautiful flowers, the barn, and beautiful Vermont landscapes. Our reception was such a hit. There are so many things for guests to do throughout the day. They can play with cutie animals, sit by the pond, enjoy the firepit, stroll through the garden, play cornhole, or dance the night away. If you are looking for a rustic New England vibe wedding, look no further. This venue and the owners will make your wedding day absolutely unforgettable.

Eden - The Lemelson Estate was the perfect venue for lodging and photography for our daughter's wedding. From the moment we reached out, the communication was effective, timely, and accurate. The venue itself was spacious and beautiful, with a stunning grand staircase, opulent rooms and gorgeous grounds providing the ideal backdrop for wedding photos. The estate was incredibly convenient for the wedding party, and the close proximity to nearby amenities made the entire stay seamless. We could not have asked for a more perfect experience. Although their wedding ceremony was held elsewhere, we highly recommend the Lemelson Estate with its spacious interior and extensive well-tended grounds for a wedding ceremony as well as lodging and wedding photography.

Our wedding planning began with a visit to the Barn on the Pemi, and we were instantly captivated. Its picturesque setting, complete with a charming greenhouse for the ceremony and breathtaking mountain views, left a big impression. What's more, the Barn provided everything we needed, sparing us the hassle of sourcing rentals. With tables, chairs, utensils, linens, and more included, it was just perfect, especially since we had decided on a short engagement. After our initial visit, I turned to my now-husband and said, "I loved it. Please tell me we don't have to go look anywhere else," and he just smiled. My dad couldn't stop raving about the expansive menu either; being a Common Man property, the food was amazing. Our guests agreed, saying it the best wedding meal they'd ever had. The Barn's staff were incredibly responsive throughout the planning process, even accommodating a second visit so our day-of coordinator could familiarize herself with the venue. With most of our vendors experienced at the Barn, coordination was seamless, ensuring a smooth and stress-free day. The Barn is a dog-friendly venue, which was perfect because we wanted dour dog to be part of our wedding. They require someone to be designated or hired as the dog's chaperone of course, but it was wonderful to have her there with us. Our venue coordinator, Carole, went above and beyond to ensure everything ran like clockwork. From working with our day-of coordinator to keep us on schedule to ensuring we were fed and hydrated, she was a godsend. Even when my dress needed bustling or my veil went astray, she was there to save the day. Transportation was also a breeze thanks to the Barn's trolleys, shuttling guests to and from nearby hotels effortlessly. In every way, our wedding day was incredible, and the Barn on the Pemi proved to be the perfect place to celebrate our special day.

We loved having our wedding at the Page Hill Public House! Deb and John were so organized and communicative throughout the whole planning process, which really put us at ease. On the big day, they made sure everything stayed on schedule smoothly and set up the venue beautifully without any extra work on our part. The venue itself is just gorgeous, with a spacious and peaceful property that provided the perfect White Mountains backdrop. The large house comfortably fit all of our wedding party and out-of-town guests. At the BFF you receive Friday-Sunday use of our estate which includes our wedding barn (seats 106), farmhouse (sleeps 10), parking, apple orchard, 8 acre hayfield with mountain views, pond, firepit, covered bar, chairs, decorative tables, lawn games, flower gardens, and much more! Our partner, Strange Events will be your day of coordinator, and is included in the price of the venue. Strange events also is able to supply a multitude of other services like bartending, clean up and set up, officiating, and more. We loved having our wedding at Barton Family Farm! Their beautiful gardens and grounds provided the perfect backdrop for our big day. The staff was incredibly responsive throughout the planning process, quickly answering any questions we had. They were also so helpful in the days leading up to the wedding, making sure all the tables were properly set up. They were so attentive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. The value provided by this venue was fantastic - the gardens alone made for gorgeous photos. We couldn't have asked for a better place to host our wedding and would give Barton Family Farm a glowing 10 out of 10 rating for wedding venues.
