Cherry Hill Ballroom is an event space located in the heart of Cherry Hill Park, an RV park and family campground. With a variety of options for decor, food service, and layout, we offer you the flexibility you need to throw the event of your dreams. With 3,600 square feet, suspended hardwood floors, grand ceilings, a balcony, and a fireplace, our ballroom accommodates up to 150 people for dinner, dancing, and wedding ceremonies. Our ballroom also features several side rooms that you can use as you please - set up a dressing room, photo booth, or cocktail bar! We have a covered pavilion for outdoor ceremonies. Our wedding package includes an array of decor that will transform your reception into a magical space for you and your partner, as well as the use of our commercial kitchen. Woodend Sanctuary & Mansion is an elegant wedding venue located in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Conveniently situated just 9 miles from downtown DC, it resides on a private 40-acre nature sanctuary. Built in 1927, this historic location was designed by the renowned architect John Russell Pope, who also designed the Jefferson Memorial and the National Archives Building. Environmentally conscious couples will appreciate this venue’s commitment to nature and wildlife preservation, offering a beautiful and sustainable setting for your special day.

The design of this new rooftop began in May 2011 and started with a gravel rooftop similar to the other tower at this location. The building is located at 400 – 444 North Capitol Street, NW in the heart of Capitol Hill. The owners of the building wanted to give visitors an opportunity to view one of Washington’s most spectacular views of the Nation’s Capitol. There are just a handful of rooftop venues in Washington that offer great views and all of them are different. We are fortunate to have a view that pans 300 degrees from Union Station to the Library of Congress, the Capitol Dome, and across to the Washington Monument. And anyone who has visited Washington knows that when the sun sets and the monuments light up the view is even more spectacular. From this vantage point, you feel like you can reach out and touch the sky and marvel and the beauty that is Washington!

The Wharf Dockmaster Building is located at the end of District Pier and your rental includes the space on the pier around it. You have wrap around balconies and 270 degree views of the river and boats, plus the Washington Monument. Your rental gives you the building for the day so you can do any advance decorating, load in etc. It is unfurnished space – typically your caterer will coordinate tables, chairs etc. and help you design the look you want. Our inside capacity is typically 100 seated dinner style or 140-150 standing cocktail style.
