Built as the area’s first county school in 1927, the Historic Malabar Schoolhouse has been used for many purposes over the years and the owners continue to meet local residents who know and love the property and add to its unique vintage character. The owners of The Banyan Estate have always had a love for historic architecture and vintage elements. As you step onto the Banyan Estate, each room and outdoor space shows you its own personality and elegance providing a perfect backdrop to add your style and creativity to your special event. Up the Creek Farms is an all-inclusive venue sitting on eight acres of secluded property with a beautiful oak canopy, a creek, and lots of Old Florida charm with so many locations for an outdoor ceremony! A 140-year-old farmhouse has been restored as a bed and breakfast available for the bridal party. A classic wood-framed air-conditioned barn with an outdoor deck is available to host receptions with a rustic blank canvas to style any event. Bathrooms, prep kitchen, decor, and a gorgeous bridal suite are also provided. Our dedicated team will provide the attention to detail and expertise required for such a special event, arranging meetings and tastings for you on sight while overseeing the entire wedding process, which includes: planning, florals, design, and décor. This allows clients to plan their dream event with zero stress.

WELCOME TO CASA FELIZ, the beautifully restored and award-winning Spanish Farmhouse. Located in the heart of Winter Park, Casa Feliz can accommodate up to 120 guests. It's textures of original Spanish roof tiles, whitewashed century-old bricks, and sweeping oaks will give your guests a gorgeous view at your ceremony and leave them in awe during your reception. Casa provides a setting that is distinctive and versatile, allowing us to design an evening that is uniquely yours!

Today, nestled behind this early 1900's storefront, (we left the outside just the way we found it), you'll find Orlando's most unique event space imaginable. Some are calling it "The Hidden Hanger" and others, "The Speakeasy". We just call it 1010 WEST. Step through the old metal gates and you'll discover the rustic and industrial, yet warm environment of a space revitalized from a turn of the century airplane hangar. Speakeasies may no longer be illegal, but their hard-to-find entrances gives a sense of exhilaration when walking down a dimly lit alleyway and passing through nondescript gates into a subterranean world of tinkling glasses and spirited history of our hidden hangar.

The A&H’s Maitland Art Center, originally known as the Research Studio, was founded in 1937 by visionary artist and architect J. André Smith. The center was originally a winter artist’s colony, dedicated to fostering an exploratory approach to modern art. The hundreds of original sculptural elements that adorn the structures were hand-carved by André Smith and his associates, and the center remains one of the few surviving examples of Mayan Revival architecture in the southeastern United States.

Tree House consists of 10-acres of private grounds, a full-scale reception building, and plenty of parking. Open-air roofed space for dining and dancing is accompanied by indoor airconditioned lounges, restrooms, and a catering kitchen. The covered outdoor area is adorned with stylish rattan light pendants, 4 huge fans to encourage the Florida breeze, and a flexible floorplan! Lounge 1 is set up like a boho living room turned beauty salon! The bridal party can do make-up, hair, get dressed, snack, and/or relax with friends and family before the big day. The Mather Building is located at 30 S. Magnolia Avenue. It is a three-story building constructed by Edward Kuhl and James Delaney. The structure predates the major 1884 fire which began in Delaney’s nearby wooden grocery store, spread to Bassett’s Millinery Store and then to Dr. R.J. Gilliam’s Drug Store. The large fire also destroyed the printing plant of the Reporter, Orlando’s first newspaper.
