Hazel Floral

5.0

  • Starts at $2,000
  • Serves Clearlake, WA

Welcome! I'm the designer/owner, farmer/florist, grower/accountant, and customer service team at Hazel Designs. I pour so much love and passion into this work, and I’m excited to share some of that with you. I love expressing, interpreting and creating backdrops for love stories of all kinds, using the color, light and texture of local, seasonal blooms. I started my design business in Seattle 12 years ago and am now based in Bellingham, where I grow cut flowers and have access to amazing locally sourced blooms.

I was blown away by Annika's work. I reached out to her to do the florals for my outdoor summer wedding at Hovander Park with a limited budget. Annika was very responsive and she really listened to the style and look I wanted and worked with me on my pricing to make sure I got exactly what I wanted -- and within my budget. She did an absolutely STUNNING job. Seriously, wow. The arch florals she did -- holy cow! Simply gorgeous. I was in love. It was perfect and exactly what I imagined. Even better, actually. My bouquet was also absolutely amazing. I got so many compliments. Everything was so beautiful and fresh and I loved that they were all seasonal and locally grown and picked. I really felt her love and passion in every piece -- her talent was on full display! She is incredibly gifted and I couldn't have asked for a better florist for my wedding. From the little touches on the guest tables and ceremony chairs to the cake flowers to the arbor pieces and bouquets -- she truly helped bring my vision to life and I'm so grateful to her! My only regret is that I didn't get to thank her in person! I wasn't expecting to fall this in love with my wedding florals. You will not regret booking Annika at Hazel Designs for your next special event :)!

Thousands of brides across the United States and Canada have trusted Something Borrowed Blooms to provide the perfect flowers for their wedding day. Just rent the flowers y’all - after getting multiple thousands of dollars in quotes from florists for our tiny dinner party wedding I started to look for other options. SSB had great reviews, in person or zoom consultations and a VERY helpful FB group that helped me pull the trigger even being pretty skeptical that the quality wouldn’t be there. Fast forward to the day I unboxed them and I was floored, some of the petals even FEEL REAL. Don’t know how they do it. Shipping was easy, fast and return labels were in sticker form to just pop back on. Our guests had no idea they weren’t real, especially with our low light reception it was impossible to tell. It was a breezed - we spent about 450 for 9 large centerpieces, bouquet and a few boutonnières for the guys from the Marlowe collection rather than the 2-3k quite well we’re getting from florists here in Atlanta that at the end of the day aren’t sustainable and would have looked the same (at best). Just rent the flowers y’all.

Kaleigh and Jeff were some of the kindest souls we have ever met. Their energy is so calming and inviting. They also fully understood the assignment and executed it to PERFECTION. Put all your trust in Kaleigh. Let her do her thing and she will create MAGIC—I promise you. I shared with her my inspo, she sent back her own vision board and she took it from there. The last thing we were stressed about was florals and centerpiece so, because we trusted them with our vision, and we are so happy we did!

would give Colleen 10 stars if I could! She was so wonderful to work with. She really got to know me and my partner, took the time to understand our vision and ideas (and sift through the many notes and Pinterest boards I shared), and helped us create the perfect floral design. Colleen was incredibly responsive, flexible, and paid very close attention to detail. She also put together multiple proposals for us with many different options and price points that fit in our budget. And the finished product was even better than I could have imagined! As an added bonus, she grows all of the flowers herself at her flower farm! I highly recommend Diadem Flowers!

Midnight Daisy Flower Farm

5.0

  • Starts at $85
  • Serves Clearlake, WA

Hi, I'm Maddie! An overly abundant garden paved the way to our backyard urban flower farm in Snohomish-- with my husband, two kids + our dog in tow, we work hard to grow some of the best, most beautiful flowers you'll find in the Sno Valley. We're here to turn your DIY floral visions into reality with gorgeous, seasonal flowers. Bespoke, whimsical arrangements are my favorite, but also love romantic, flowy styles. I live for bold color and textures in my florals!

Awarded Best of Zola
I truly enjoy how Maddie arranges her bouquets in such creative ways! The flowers are from her garden, and are what is blooming at the time. With that, it’s fun to get something unplanned AND to see what’s new for each week in the season. I have a subscription for a bouquet every other week, and it just adds joy to my day every time I look at her beautiful creations! (I’m sorry that I didn’t get a pic of her more recent blue-accented bouquet with sweet peas, but this one also didn’t disappoint!)

Alison provided floral services for our wedding in August of 2021. We worked with her via Facetime calls, texts, and emails leading up to the main event. We began by giving her a link to our Pinterest design board where she pulled together some florals and greenery samples for us to look at during a video call. With some professional adjustments here and there, Alison was able to beautifully craft our floral needs for our wedding. Her designs included centerpieces for the tables, florals, and greenery for the aisle seating and the centerpiece, a large arrangement spreading over the front of the gazebo where we got married. On the day of the event, Alison worked hard to make sure everything was set up perfectly! We didn't have to worry as we got ready for the big day ourselves. She has an exquisite eye for design and we couldn't have been happier. Thank you for making our day one to remember!

Botanical Preserves

  • Starts at $3,500
  • Serves Clearlake, WA for additional fees

Sophia is the creative force behind Botanical Preserves. Raised in an artistic household, she’s worked with multiple mediums over the years, with five years of experience in floral design. Having a fascination with the realm of plants and their healing powers, Sophia surrounds herself with botanicals and their many elements. The concept of floral design as a living, restorative, art form gave her a deep respect for flowers and their unique personality. Their nature of fragility adds to their elusiveness, and gives her the opportunity to exhibit the never-to-be-replicated side of her personality every time she works with floral product.

I got married in Florida and planned my wedding kind of fast which lead to so many things going wrong in my wedding but the one thing that went absolutely perfect and delivered more than I could've ever asked for was my florist Sophia! She was honestly what kept and brought everything together in the end! I let her do her thing and she was very professional and really has an eye to make her arrangements look like works of art! I honestly wish I could've kept my bouquet forever it was gorgeous and to this day when I show my wedding pictures everyone is amazed at the work she did! After working with her on my wedding day I would definitely recommend Botanical Preserves for your special events! I do not know what I would've done without her I am so grateful for everything she did for me :)

Callarose & Co. is a wedding and event floral and decor studio focused on romantic, organic and timeless designs. We believe in the beauty of restraint, which will make every detail of your day stand out.

Rachel and Jane are experts at their craft. They are true artists in every sense of the word and turned our grandparents home into a magical wedding wonderland. During the planning process, Rachel and Jane did an amazing job listening to our ideas, taking a few Pinterest pictures, and capturing our “vibe” better than I could have ever described. Not only did Rachel and Jane help us plan florals for one wedding space, but they helped us reimagine a second wedding space when we switched venues and downsized due to COVID-19. All of this was done with the utmost respect for our agreed upon budget. Rachel and Jane went above and beyond to make us feel supported during COVID-19 wedding planning stress, even dropping off a plant and special note to our front doorstep. They also labored over beautiful handmade macrame chandeliers for our reception that we got to keep afterwards. Callarose&Co are more than just florists, they also supplied us with gorgeous peacock chairs for our reception, a beautiful hexagon arch for our ceremony, and other decor items that elevated our overall wedding design. As a former bride, I can understand that carefully selecting a team of vendors feels stressful and overwhelming. If you are looking for a highly skilled florist, I implore you to look no further. They are truly incredible and my husband and I cannot recommend their services enough! We will certainly be reaching out to them in the future for other floral and event needs! Thank you, Rachel and Jane!

Sarcasm & Sunshine Designs Flower Preservation

5.0

  • Starts at $250
  • Serves Clearlake, WA

Sarcasm & Sunshine Designs is comprised of two friends, turned business partners. We worked together for several years planning events and weddings, so we have a shared love of sparkle, flowers, coffee, and making beautiful memories! We couldn't think of a better way to celebrate our growth as friends, mothers and confidants, than to combine our creativity and passions to create one of a kind items to brighten the days and lives of others. Our business, our products, and our partnership is all about balance, Contessa is the Sarcasm, Danielle is the Sunshine. Some days, we switch roles, but we think life is better with both!

Having my wedding flowers preserved was extremely important to me. To be able to keep something perfectly preserved that was so beautiful on my special day is unreal. Danielle is the kindest and easiest person to work with. She gets back to you within seconds and listens to any and every crazy request I had. Along with a tray, wine stopper, ornament, and book mark, Danielle was able to take part of my Mother’s wedding dress (that was wrapped around my bouquet) and preserve it in a jewelry box with my flowers. Let me tell you, the reaction my mom had on her face when I gave her that jewelry box was indescribable. If you are ever second guessing preserving your wedding flowers, this is your sign to do it. You won’t regret it! Sarcasm and Sunshine’s work is impeccable and I hope that others are able to have their flowers preserved with such care and precision as I was able to have mine.

Bloom San Juan

5.0

  • Serves Clearlake, WA

It started on a small vegetable farm outside of Seattle. A love of growing vegetables turned into trying my hand at growing flowers. Eventually, a niche was found and I started growing flowers for weddings. Growing flowers turned into a love of making bouquets and designing centerpieces. Along with that, came a love of getting to know the couples I was working with, understanding the vision that they had for their wedding day, and finding the decor that would bring that vision to life. I love setting the mood of an event with beautiful lush flowers and decor that make you and your guests feel welcome.

Bloom San Juan is an absolute pleasure to work with. Their communication is consistently timely, helpful, and kind, making the entire planning process seamless and enjoyable. The quality of their work is truly exceptional—their floral designs are a perfect blend of beauty, innovation, classic elegance, romance, and whimsy. The ceiling installations they create are breathtaking and completely transform our venue spaces. Their professionalism is unmatched—they are always punctual and ensure everything is perfectly set up ahead of schedule. We are in awe of how Bloom San Juan’s artistry contributed to making our couples’ special day so beautiful and memorable.
