Welcome to Maidenwood! Nestled in the wooded bluffs between Maiden Rock and Stockholm, Wisconsin, Maidenwood is a wedding and event center that sits on a 40 acre nature reserve overlooking Lake Pepin of the Mississippi River. Just one hour from the Twin Cities, Rochester, and Eau Claire, Maidenwood is an idyllic setting for your event. With stunning views of woodland forests, wildflower meadows, bluffs and ridges, Maidenwood offers exclusive amenities for up to 200 guests and the freedom to roam throughout the property to capture the perfect photos for your big day.

In 1910, President Taft signed the bill to establish Glacier National Park as the country’s 10th national park. Mr. Healy was given a plumbing contractor for the train depot here in St. Paul, where he met Samuel Bartlett, the architect of many of the railroad depots and Glacier National Park Lodge. Healy then commissioned Bartlett to renovate and enlarge the house. In 1914, the farm was sold to John Healy, the owner of Healy Plumbing and Heating Company of St. Paul. Mr. Healy’s company became closely tied to the Great Northern Railroad, as it provided the heating and plumbing for many of the train depots that were being built around the country at that time. The farm was named Hope Glen Farm, the name of John Healy’s mother’s maiden name of Hope, and the house settles in a Glen, thus Hope Glen.

THE BARN: Cambium Barn is a quaint 4 acre property nestled between Appleton & Greenbay in the town of Black Creek, Wisconsin. It is available to be rented out for wedding ceremonies, receptions, photoshoots, showers, parties, & other gatherings. Our barn is geared towards intimate events & micro weddings. Perfect for an event of 50 guests or less. The barn patio is In the back of the barn & is equipped with string lights & a grill for cooking. HOUSE OF CAMBIUM: Our updated & remodeled farmhouse is a testament to our love for the property. The 4 bedrooms are super cozy & equipped with 3 queen beds & 1 King! 2 bathrooms. ABOUT US: Our names are Chad & Brittany & we are the proud owners of Cambium Barn. We got married at the barn in August 2021. We recently moved to North Carolina for the military & have been working hard to keep our beloved barn & home! Paine Art Center and Gardens is a European-style mansion and botanical garden in Oshkosh, WI. With ornate architecture and over three-and-a-half acres of beautiful gardens, it makes a stunning wedding venue. Couples can choose the historic mansion for indoor ceremonies, where sumptuous period furnishings and art surround them. The mansion holds up to 80 guests, the conservatory holds 180, and the garden can hold up to 200. Dinner can also be held in the conservatory, followed by an extended reception in the charming Tudor-style Carriage House. Tables and chairs are available for ceremonies and receptions, and the venue’s catering partners provide all catering. Couples can host a complimentary 30-minute rehearsal the day before the wedding.
