First established in 1925 as a children's summer camp, this property now acts as a peaceful escape from busy city life. From the cozy accommodations to the down-to-earth event spaces, this venue works to give couples everything they need for a successful wedding weekend. 115 acres of land and stunning views of the surrounding mountains, along with an abundance of oak trees and sprawling grasslands. Indoor ceremonies and receptions can be hosted in various locations on the property. Camp Carmel Valley offers 33 cabins, 4 houses, and bunk rooms onsite to accommodate up to 120 overnight guests. As a pet-friendly venue, you and your partner will be welcome to incorporate your four-legged companion into your events. By offering multiple-day use of the Camp, you can also incorporate "Camp Activities" like yard games, archery, swimming, tennis, and hiking into your celebration and really take advantage of spending time with your friends and family during this special time.

Rancho Victoria Weddings provides a private estate experience, with flexibility to your needs and wants. Make it a weekend, a week, or still a wonderful amount of time at our venue for day-of events. We have a beer and wine license only, no hard alcohol permitted. You may use vendors of your choice, we just ask that they come for a site visit prior to the event date. One more thing! We have tables and chairs for rent: 72” rounds, rustic farm tables, and wooden folding chairs (fruitwood with ivory pad).

The Highlands House is an elegant-meets-homey mansion with a private yard nestled in enchanted forests of the Santa Cruz Mountains. The venue features several rooms for dining and dancing, a wet bar, a large kitchen, two changing rooms, an elegant staircase perfect for grand entrances. A brick pathway leads from the house to the lawn. There, you’ll find a ceremony area on one side and on the other, space large enough for guests to dine and play yard games. The lawn is surrounded by trees and hedges, creating intimacy for your upscale backyard party. Tables and chairs are provided. The rest - from décor to caterers - is up to you, which makes the Highlands House an extraordinarily customizable venue. The Highlands House can host up to 200 people in the peak season (April – October) and 100 during the winter season (November – March). This includes your guests, vendors, and anyone else helping you on your big day.

It is nationally ranked by the Journal of Japanese Gardening and is home to the Clark Bonsai Collection. Shinzen Garden has a variety of curated scenes with a combination of architectural and sculptural features that offers a beautiful backdrop for your special event! Several areas are open for consideration, limited only by logistics.

Valencia Hall is a popular location for weddings, parties and meetings. The Valencia Hall and historic General Store/Post Office are the last two remnants of Frederick Hihn's logging community of Valencia. Built by Hihn in the early 1880's, these historic buildings allowed the community to gather for a variety of events. Quail Hollow Ranch is a charming ranch of historical and ecological significance. The ranch was once the home of the Lane family who owned Sunset Magazine from 1929-1991. The park sits on ecologically rare habitats with endemic wild flowers and abundant wildlife. Your reservation includes the exquisite ranch house and spacious lawn which offers scenic views of an orchard and the forested Santa Cruz Mountains. This location is well-suited for outdoor ceremonies and receptions.

A picnic area and a wheelchair accessible playground and restrooms are available. Wedding ceremonies are available with a reservation on the bluff overlooking the ocean.

Felton Covered Bridge Park features the historic covered bridge that stood as the only entry to Felton for 45 years. Dating back to 1892-93, the Felton covered bridge is believed to be the tallest covered bridge in the country.
