My career in the arts started in a more traditional setting, studying painting and drawing and I went on to graduate with a degree in Visual Communication. I do love all the mediums I’ve studied, but my true passion is photography. I have now worked as a photographer since 2010 and I am so blessed to be doing what I love.

Scratch Bakery began in 2016, as my passion for baking grew into a full time “job.” I enjoy working with my clients to create the perfect treats for their occasions. My main focus is taste, taste, taste - using quality ingredients and made all from scratch. If something looks wonderful, but doesn’t taste good, I do not use it. Part of the reason I began baking and decorating was due to unmet expectations. I don’t ever want my clients to feel as though they didn’t receive what they were hoping for.
