Any Way You Ice It was founded by the imagination of my mother, Janene Housley, and I. I grew up around the creation of wedding cakes by my mom. From the baking to the delivery, I was always intrigued. I attended the International Culinary Arts and Sciences Institute. I graduated top of my class with a two-year degree, a diploma and a Pastry Chef title. I suit the traditional and the modern bride’s needs …if you can dream it I will make it! Any Way You Ice It is a designer cake business. Each and every cake is a unique designer cake, an edible work of art. “From Imagination to Creation”, I will work with you to create your perfect cake.

I give my customers a caring and personalized experience throughout the design and final result process. My cakes are always fresh, never frozen and specialty made. Real ingredients are always used. I even hand pick all of my berries from local growers for my fillings. My customers are sure to be treated kindly as I’m happy to accommodate every persons unique needs.
