Constructed soon after the Great Fire of 1902, The United Bank Building was built to house two banks whose previous buildings had been destroyed, New Milford Savings Bank and the New Milford First National Bank. The two banks immediately organized to rebuild, quickly agreeing in principal to build a joint facility on the site of the New England House, a locally well known tavern and inn located at the corner of Bank and Main Street. For most of its life, the building had been used in some form of a bank, but had been largely under-used in recent decades, and had fallen into disrepair. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982 and taken over by Village Green Investments in 2015. After 9 months of renovations, the building became 19Main. Throughout renovations, we strived for modern amenities with historic elegance; three vaults remain from the building’s former bank days.

Built in 1840, the historic Federal Style house sits at the center of the farm, with sweeping views of the surrounding fields and forests. Emmerich Tree Farm is a working Christmas Tree Farm catering to the 'Choose-and-Cut' market in Warwick, NY, just 50 miles NW of the George Washington Bridge. Our property has been in the family since 1960, and the trees were planted in 2007. Our pavilion is 30 by 40 and was built in the summer of 2011 using beams harvested from the property. There are rustic accents added throughout, which help make the space unique. Articulating glass windows & doors on the South & East walls allow us to control temperature shifts, creating a unique indoor/outdoor space. Adjacent to the pavilion is a tented patio which is 60' x 30'. The tent is provided by our venue, includes hanging string lights, and has sides available upon request. The space allows room to seat up to 180 people using rectangular tables and up to 130 people using 5' round tables. We also have a Bridal tent built with rustic cedar trim. The tent is furnished with seating, full-length mirror and power.
