We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

Fluff Gourmet Cotton Candy was born in 2017 from a YouTube black hole. Little did I know that the series of videos about cotton candy would lead to a business that I love! I have been an artist my entire life, and Fluff has given me such a creative outlet.

I’ve always loved to create. I quickly learned that butter, sugar and flour were some of my favorite mediums to work with. I’m passionate about my work and love making my client’s vision come to life.

Fox Den Baking Co. is a private commercial kitchen located in Walland, Tennessee, specializing in buttercream tiered cakes and wedding-worthy assorted sweets. This local business is owned by Melissa L. Brinley, a talented, professionally-trained chef with an eye for adding beautiful personalized details. The Sweet Cloud is a gourmet cotton candy cart service that spins organic cane sugar clouds that have all natural flavoring and no artificial coloring.
