After hobby baking for friends and family for 20 years I was encouraged by my sister to start my home bakery business in 2020. This year we are opening our storefront in Sevierville. I have had the honor of making over a 1000 wedding cakes.

I strive to provide the best customer service I can, work with the freshest ingredients, this combined with my attention to detail is what I believe sets me apart from the competition. Weddings can be stressful enough I want my brides to feel confident in the choice they have made with their baker, that they will receive a quality product that not only tastes amazing but is a showstopper as well.

    Cakes and Confections By Merry provided excellent service for my daughter's wedding day. From the first conversation, Merry was professional and easy to work with. We sent her an inspiration photo of a wedding cake and Merry provided the cake of my daughter's dreams. We chose three different flavors for the cake and cupcakes, all of which were delicious. On the day of our wedding, the delivery was timely and the cakes and cupcakes were beautifully displayed.
