The Freighthouse, next to Frog Island Park on the north side of Depot Town, has been used as a community center, hosting the Depot Town Farmers Market, a café, and various community meetings and events. The Freighthouse is part of the Ypsilanti Historic District, and is listed in the National Register of Historic Sites.

Our space was built in 1940 as a bowling alley. Since then, it's seen its share of nightclubs. With restored bowling lanes and beautiful lighting, The Cadillac room is perfect for a small to mid-size reception.

The Barn at Honey Blossom Orchard is over 100 years old and is comprised of hand hewn beams throughout. It is very rustic but has many modern conveniences. It is the perfect backdrop for your perfect day and we are excited to share it with you and your loved ones.

Lake Lucy Event Venue offers 140 acres of land with an 80 acre private lake encompassed on the property. There are many well maintained walking trails, plenty of open space and beautiful scenery. There is an option to bring the bridal party on a hay wagon, which makes for some pretty cool pictures. Both the bridal party and the grooms party can opt to get ready in a beautiful log home; usually the bridal party gets ready in the fully finished walkout basement, and the grooms party on main floor. We are located within 5 miles of Wixom, which offers many hotel options. There is currently no structures in the wedding venue area, but have started construction on a pavilion for the 2024 season. Concourse Hall offers a spacious 3575 square foot floor suitable for dancing and receptions. The maple floor with sprung construction and finish is ideal for dancing.
