Constructed in the 1940s and originally home to the Lyman Lumber Warehouse, this 3,000 square foot event space just outside Minneapolis enjoyed a complete restoration in 2014. The stunning amenities include reclaimed materials, a built-in tiered concrete bar and full-length deck that evokes the feeling of a historic train depot.

The Grand Banquet Hall is located just a couple blocks from the St. Croix River in historic downtown Stillwater, MN! Originally a part of the logging days that Stillwater was established for. Our ballroom features beautiful stained glass décor, space for up to 350 guests, a generous dance floor and a long stunning antique bar.

For centuries, the beauty and natural treasures of the St. Croix Valley have drawn people to the area which is now Stillwater. The first to call this area home were the Sioux and Chippewa Nations. Later, the first traders and trappers in Minnesota Territory settled here. By the mid 1880’s, railroading and river activity helped build the community into a bustling town of 13,000 people. Stillwater became the trade center for miners and trappers to the North, and farmers and lumbermen to the West. The Chicago, Milwaukee and St. Paul Railroad eventually saw a need for a freight depot. In 1979, the historical significance of the building was recognized and the Freight House became the first building in Stillwater to be placed on the National Registry of Historic Places.

Experience the Loft at Studio J, an original space with warm, rustic-chic charm. Built in 1895, this building was renovated in 2013 to become The Loft at Studio J, one of the most unique, rustic and charming venues in Minnesota. The Loft at Studio J boasts 4,000 sq feet of event space! The Loft at Studio J is located in the heart of beautiful downtown Stillwater, Minnesota. Prior to the renovation in 2013 the historic building was used as housing accommodations for lumberjacks in the logging industry. Our ol' 10 acre charm farm dates back to before MN was a state in the abstract. It's been in Brady’s family since the summer of '69 and we plan to keep it that way for generations to come. The original family that homesteaded the property came from Czechoslovakia. They built the hand-hewn log cabin on a boulder foundation and owned it for 112 years. Brady grew up in the home since '87 which has transformed over time into the gem that we have today. We kickstarted our journey at GarageTown LLC with our wedding in August, 2021. The Capitol Room is located in the newly renovated historic armory of Saint Peter, Minnesota built-in 1913. Complimented by a backdrop of exposed brick and plaster. We have amazing suites for both the bride, groom, and bridal party. Willow Tree winery is a small boutique style winery located just north of the Twin Cities in Ham Lake, Minnesota.
