We began our journey in 2015 with a dusty gravel pit and vision for a new home. The gem was the stunning 30 acre crystal clear lake. After purchasing the property we found ourselves hosting church activities and work functions as people truly loved being here. Slowly, we began adding amenities to the property. In 2020 one of our daughters got engaged. As she began looking for a venue to host her wedding we came to realize that the perfect spot was right in front of us. We wanted it to be a very special place and we went to work to create a beautiful wedding venue. There are many opportunities on the property for one of a kind pictures. There are two picturesque options in front of the lake for the service and a new reception building that can seat up to 200 guests. With a 5 acre campus larger weddings can be accommodated with tent rental.

The Lakes of Taylor is a championship golf course with a 32,000 square-foot clubhouse, pro shop, stylish restaurant and banquet facilities. Book your social function or meeting at the Lakes of Taylor in the beautifully decorated banquet facility. It is the perfect setting for any celebration. Rooms are available to accommodate groups from 35 to 180 persons. The Terrace created the perfect setting for intimate gatherings as well as beautiful wedding ceremonies.
