Rental includes the tables, chairs full size screen if you would like to plan a photo montage, small patio, portico, lobby with fireplace and the largest dance floor in Howard County. Loads of free parking and is handicapped accessible. We can accommodate Corporate Events as well as both a Wedding Ceremony and Reception. Ten Oaks Ballroom has two award winning caterers for you to choose from and are an integral part of the Ten Oaks Ballroom Rental Agreement. Rosensteel Hall has been in business for over 50 years. We recently held a wedding reception for a fathers seventh daughter, all seven daughters held their receptions at Rosensteel Hall. We have a fully staffed commercial kitchen. We hold our own Montgomery County liquor license. We allow outside licensed and insured caterers. Our packages range from $21.95 per person up to $139.95 per per, with the average coming in around $50.00 per person. Most all packages include: 4hr. Hall Rental Open Bar Three appetizers Entre w/two sides Tables, chairs and white linens.
