The Ribault Club was initially established in 1928 to accommodate the wealthy and powerful people of the era. Designed by renowned Swiss architect Maurice Fatio, the building is included in the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. Open Gates is nestled back in a quiet part of town off of historical Vernon Square just one block from the waterfront where the docks are lined with shrimp boats.
