Our beautiful facility is located downtown in the old Coca-Cola bottling plant in Lubbock's historic Depot District. The space includes a lofty interior, tasting room, and outdoor patio, available to rent together or separately for a variety of events and soirées of all sorts! If you would like more information and to see our space, we welcome you to contact our Hospitality Director to schedule an appointment. To confirm a date for an event, a signed contract must be received along with payment of one-half of the total venue rental fee.

When coming out to the barn you know that you are taken care of because Cotton Creek Barn is our 2nd home. We welcome you with open arms and hope you enjoy all that it has to offer. With over 17,000 square feet of usable space, Madewell Estates offers a variety of spaces for your event. Whether you're wanting to host a small get together of 20, 100, or 500. A Grand Hall with a gorgeous backdrop of windows, cocktail lounge with access to an oversized patio, upstairs balconies with an patio overlooking the south side of the property and pond, a Bridal Suite or smaller event space with overlooking balcony deck of the front of the estate as well as a Grooms Suite for private gatherings.
