Each of them offer a totally different aesthetic and view in each new season. Long before this space became Archival Brewing, it used to be a sprawling golf course and club house. Transformed to what it is today, a Brewery with a beautiful view. On good days you can head outside onto the deck or into the Biergarten. Here you'll find three fire pits surrounded by cozy Adirondack chairs. There are four cornhole courts and two bocce ball courts. Seating for up to 100 but plenty of space for more to roam. Archival Brewing prides itself in its historic brews. Taking recipes right out of history for you to enjoy today. Enjoy Beer, Cider, and Mead. As well as handcrafted farm to table food!

Magnolia's is nestled in the rolling hills of the historic Hobart Village. There is no beauty quite like Northern Michigan! You will find timeless charm in our 120 year old barn. The barn has a dance floor, rustic bar area and can hold up to 115 guests. Whether it's a wedding, family reunion or open house, we've got you covered. We provide tables and chairs for up to 200 guests along with various decor items such as centerpieces, signage and furniture. If you have more than than 115 guests, a rental tent is recommended. Our goal is to make your day unique, seamless and manicured to your vision. We love working with couples and are open to exploring any ideas you may have!

Bell Tower Falls has scenic views, a romantic bell tower, a cascading water feature, and we allow you to select all of your own vendors. The Red Barn, built in 1910 by Mike’s great-grandparents Ernest and Helen Faling, was inherited by Mike in the 1980s. He transformed it into a home where he raised his three daughters. On August 6, 2016, Mike’s oldest daughter held her wedding on the property, inspiring the creation of a wedding and lodging venue. Named "Little Flower Barn" (from "Fiorillo," meaning "Little Flower"), the venue honors the family heritage. In early 2019, Mike and his partner Sarah remodeled the Red Barn to accommodate 17 guests, constructed a reception barn for 300 guests, and added a pond-side amphitheater garden. Little Flower Barn offers a beautiful, functional backdrop for events.
