Old Trade is a family-owned, family-friendly and pet-friendly rural operation located in historic Brandy Station, VA (Culpeper County). The Mulberry at Old Trade is operated in conjunction with Old Trade Brewery & Cidery. It is conveniently located near the cities of Culpeper, Warrenton, and Manassas and is within 1.25 miles of major highway Rt 29.

Sylvanside Farm, established in 1744, evokes the ambiance of a small village in the European countryside. In 2018, the farm was purchased and restored to its former glory. The goal in hosting weddings is to preserve this special land, Loudoun’s rich farming heritage and the beautiful rural landscape of Loudoun County, Virginia.

Over the years, we've enjoyed sharing our farm with our friends and family for their uniquely beautiful weddings. Seeing our extraordinary aerie from their perspective reminded us to take in how special it is, and it inspired us to redesign and renovate a former greenhouse. We’ve created a belvedere of sorts with walls of windows that make a feature of our wondrous view of the Shenandoah Valley.

Court Manor is a historic estate tucked away in the serene landscapes of New Market, Virginia. Surrounded by breathtaking views of rolling fields and majestic mountains, this expansive 800-acre estate offers a picturesque backdrop for your wedding. The interiors of the manor are adorned with antiques that capture the essence of timeless elegance. Each room is thoughtfully curated with pieces that tell a story, creating an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and inviting. Our two dedicated getting-ready spaces, the Den and the Bridal Suite, are filled with natural light and offer stunning views of the surrounding mountains, providing a serene and inspiring atmosphere. The front lawn offers a picturesque setting for your ceremony, with lush greenery and a backdrop of the manor. Our spacious tented reception areas provide a delightful ambiance. Inside the manor, you'll also find four beautifully appointed guest suites, ideal for hosting your loved ones throughout your wedding weekend.

The Yellow Barn at Shenandoah Caverns offers one of the largest event spaces in the Shenandoah Valley for special events, corporate meetings, banquets, wedding receptions, private parties, and high school proms. Area events including wine festivals, trade shows, and concerts are also held here.
