Two Best Friends who love to bake and design! Tracy and Jennie are two creative souls who have come together to share their love for baking. Tracy, with over 10 years in a corporate career, has always been drawn to creativity, from weaving and making art to whipping up delicious treats in the kitchen. With her husband and two young daughters cheering her on, Tracy’s passion for baking has become a family affair.

Gerry has been decorating cakes for more than 30 years and has been involved in every aspect of event planning and catering for more than 20 years. After years working in the corporate world, as Director of Catering, he made the decision to venture out on his own and do what he is truly passionate about! Making every guest happy through food. Gerry took the leap and began his journey into owning his own Catering and Pastry company in 2006.

CHIC is a culmination of my retail, styling, and design background. Truthfully, the idea of this little biz was created while on lockdown during the pandemic, a little unorthodox I know, but I was determined. I identified this gap in the market the summer prior... after struggling to find a pretty dessert cart for an event at my client's new business launch. Viola!
