Just off the square in downtown Denton, Texas, the industrial-chic Monroe Pearson is right at home among the boutique shops, lively bars, and popular restaurants. With its grand foyer, private wedding preparation suites, and sumptuous lounge, you and your guests will delight in an inclusive celebration – all under the same roof.

As you walk into the Little Chapel in-the-Woods you are entering into a tradition. Located on the edge of Texas Woman’s University, the chapel is a secluded sanctuary that has held weddings since September 1939, a few months before its dedication by Eleanor Roosevelt. We have two beautiful ballrooms to host the wedding reception of your dreams! The Chapel attendant is present to set up the chapel for the wedding, set up the sound system and instruct your vendors on usage, and to oversee the facility. They will be happy to provide limited guidance and answer any questions you may have about the rehearsal or processional. If you desire full-scale coordination you are welcome to provide a planner or even a friend with experience to manage the flow of your wedding ceremony.

Our historic station was the fire station for 100+ years. We have two themed airbnbs- Bell Tower Loft and the Calaboose. We include the tables and chairs, you book your vendors, catering, etc. We have an antique firetruck and a bridal suite!

The Kemp (1300 Lamar Street) was built in 1917 at the request of Flora Kemp who, when asked by her husband Joseph what she would like for her birthday, suggested a public library. The library opened its doors in 1918 with a donation of 4000 books provided by the community. In 1998, the City of Wichita Falls leased the then-defunct historic building to the Arts Council, which began an extensive renovation project to restore the building. The result was The Kemp Center for the Arts, which opened it’s doors in 2002.

Located at 2120 Speedway Avenue, The Forum is a truly elegant building that was built in the 1920’s with Mediterranean influences and the iconic front arches. It has over 11,000 square feet of event space and 6 distinct and interconnecting room options, as well as front and back outdoor courtyard spaces. You can have a private ceremony with only a few guests or a reception of up to 500, our spaces can be tailored to your day and we provide several pricing options that can be customized. Thanks to our recently renovated and upgraded partition walls there is endless versatility for you to make it your own. The Forum can give you the perfect bride and groom suite’s as well as ceremony and reception space all in our location.

10 Beautiful acres, mature oak trees, and a classic historical home are the perfect backdrops for any wedding. Multiple outdoor areas to choose from for your Ceremony site along with a selection of Altar ideas. Couples will have an on-site, day of, wedding Coordinator to orchestrate the many activities so they may relax and enjoy their special day with family and friends. Wedding Parties have two special Wedding Suites to prepare for the day, with an additional area just for hair and make-up. There is a prep kitchen to manage any catered food. As well as Wifi for guests as they wander around the grounds enjoying the various yard games and visiting in a peaceful outdoor setting while enjoying your Celebration.
