We are a custom bakery, specializing in all things custom cake. We provide anything from basic buttercream decor to fondant sculptures to 3D sculpted cakes. We also specialize in custom cupcakes, macrons, cookies, chocolate dipped treats and more! We're located in Webster Parish and service the Webster, Bossier, Caddo, Claiborne, Bienville, and Texarkana area.

We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

Fluff Gourmet Cotton Candy was born in 2017 from a YouTube black hole. Little did I know that the series of videos about cotton candy would lead to a business that I love! I have been an artist my entire life, and Fluff has given me such a creative outlet.

Sugar and Bake relocated to the DFW area in 2019 and officially opened the bakery there in 2020 after the Covid epidemic restrictions allowed. The head baker and owner learned the craft of sugar arts from professional chefs, top sugar artists, and many courses from around the world. Whether making apple strudel in Austria, paté a choux pastry in France or gravity defying cake decorating in Canada and the US, Sugar and Bake has the experience to make a memorable dessert just for you.
