From the very beginning, their entire team was attentive, detailed, and responsive with communication which made the planning process seamless. On the day of, the warm fireplace, lakeview setting, and overall ambiance created such a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The food and drink were amazing, our guests are still raving about the superb bartending and attentive service from the entire staff. The main room opens on all sides, allowing guests to experience the natural beauty of the surrounding park. The firepits kept everyone warm when they were not out on the dance floor! The Stone House truly went above and beyond to make our special day unforgettable. Our guests were amazed that a wedding of this caliber could happen on Staten Island - it was just exceptional from start to finish.

We had the best day of our lives at the Madison Hotel! We actually found them through Zola, having never heard of them before. When we toured, we fell in love with the Conservatory, which is ultimately where we had our ceremony and reception. The day was amazing - the food was delicious (and there was so much of it!), the hotel was beautiful, and it was convenient having our guests onsite for all activities (like our after party). I only deducted one star due to communication; I felt like most of the communication was driven by us, such as scheduling our final venue walkthrough. Everyone was very helpful, but I would have liked a bit more communication as a type A planner. Other than that, we couldn’t have asked for a better celebration of our love.

When my husband and I were looking for wedding venues, we were very specify on what we wanted. We really wanted something outdoors for the ceremony and a beautiful reception hall that did not give off that "Ballroom" look. We hated chandeliers and let me tell you, it was difficult to find a venue in NJ without a chandelier. When we first toured Blue Heron Pines, we instantly fell in love. We immediately knew that this was the spot we wanted to get married in. It was exactly what we wanted but the only hesitation we had was that our family lived about an hour away from it. After going back an forth about it, we decided to book it and that was the best decision we have ever made. It turns out that the people that truly love you will make that trip for you because everyone on our guest list came to our wedding! All the employees at Blue Heron were extremely helpful and super nice. Sarah and Tara are amazing at keeping the bride calm throughout the whole process, from booking the venue, down to the day after the wedding. Our wedding day was perfect, thanks to Blue Heron Pines and their amazing staff. I HIGHLY recommend having your wedding at Blue Heron. They will definitely not disappoint!

Incorporated in 1947, HBC is one of the oldest non-profit clubs on the island, and the only one with an in-ground pool. For weddings and events, the space can accommodate 200 guests. As one of the few venues on the island located right on the bay, it is an amazing venue for beautiful sunsets. While the club provides preferred vendors for potential clients, you are truly able to customize the space to meet your dreams. The Grand Cafe was an amazing venue. They had incredible communication throughout the entire planning process, always responding promptly to our questions and requests. He ensured that every detail for our event was perfect. Nick went above and beyond to make the day easy and stress free. He stayed in frequent communication with us in the days and months leading up to our event to ensure that everything was in order. The team at Wind Creek was very accommodating and honored all of our special requests. Our guests could not stop raving about the food and about how beautiful the venue was. I am so in love with the Park Savoy and am so incredibly happy that we chose them for our reception! This estate is so timeless, elegant, and classy. The building itself is so naturally beautiful and has so much charm and character. I kept my own decor minimal because the building itself is just so beautiful. The whole staff was so helpful and organized during the planning process. They helped put all my anxieties at ease and allo They truly blew all of my expectations out of the water! Jess was my maitre d and she truly was my lifeline and was just absolutely amazing! Jess made sure everything I wanted to do was done and would tell us when certain events would take place or give us timing updates etc. I literally didn’t have to worry about one thing. I had the best bridal attendants. They had earpieces and were constantly communicating which helped everything run smoothly. I did not worry about one little detail, they got everything correct and helped bring my vision to life! I was so well taken care of, I never pushed in my own chair and the bridal attendants even made sure I was taken care of if I had to go to the bathroom. They took such good care of my parents and husband as well. We all felt like we were the only wedding they ever had and they had one earlier in the day and you would’ve never known! All of my guests have said over and over again how they have NEVER been to a wedding at a place like that. They were blown away by the amount of food at the cocktail hour not to mention how the food was displayed! Several of my friends and family who have attended many weddings and even had weddings themselves, said that Park Savoy was like nothing they had ever seen. One of my bridesmaids said it felt like a movie. Every table had its own waiter and every guest was taken care of with such great service. The whole night ran without any issues and Jess made sure everything was taken care of. The level of service and attention to detail that the whole staff has is honestly so refreshing and I truly felt like I was a celebrity! They know what they are doing and they are truly worth every penny! There is not one thing I would go back and change. I would just love to relive the day over again because it truly goes by so fast! I HIGHLY recommend this venue and would be happy to speak with anyone who is considering as these candid reviews helped me soo much in my booking and planning process. I will say- DO NOT HESITATE!!

I have been performing weddings at Sayre Mansion since the 1990s. No matter the season or the couple, the weddings at Sayre are lovely, the couples well attended to by the staff and the facility, a graceful step back in time. Flowers, lawns, trees overlook Historic Bethlehem and beautifully decorated rooms make for a picturesque backdrop for photos, ceremonies and family reunions. The staff attends to whatever needs arise. The dining room is beautifully decorated with elegantly dressed tables. The food is outstanding. I highly recommend Sayre Mansion for weddings and vow renewals.

I married my husband, Brandon, in late October this past year and we celebrated our Reception at the Wilbur Mansion with Rebecca Ciraco and Christy Jackson as our two right-hand people. Rebecca, our main contact at the Wilbur Mansion, was incredibly kind, patient, and fun to collaborate with. From the moment we met to sign the contract to the final menu selections weeks before the big day, Brandon and I loved working alongside her. Christy managed our event: she handled our signature drink, the linen colors, the layout, and any other little details at the venue. On the wedding day, Christy was the most consistent part of our reception. She made sure we were in the right places at the right times, she bustled my dress with safety pins (when we couldn’t find the little loops and buttons), she took care of talking to our DJ and communicating with staff for us, and she even made sure there was a plate of hors d’oeuvres at our sweetheart table so that we could eat after our photography session! She checked in on us throughout the event and she made the whole evening a BREEZE. Brandon and I are so incredibly thankful for Rebecca and Christy’s attention and help through our planning process and the event itself-- we truly felt so taken care of and carefree. The Wilbur Mansion is a STUNNING venue, but what truly makes it special is its team. Additionally, the Wilbur has so many beautiful places for photo ops, an excellent staff, and the food was OUTRAGEOUSLY DELICIOUS. Guests came up to me complimenting the hors d'oeuvres and meals all night at the Reception. Even now, months later, I still have friends recounting our wedding day and how wonderful the food was! Not only that, but hosting an event at the Wilbur Mansion was also a fair price. I can confidently recommend the Wilbur Mansion to anyone looking for an elegant backdrop for their event!

We were treated impeccably from our initial phone call, to our scheduled tour, communication leading up to the big day, and finally the wedding itself. Running Deer is truly a well-oiled machine and dependable in the way they run events. Everything was clearly communicated as far as wedding options and costs, with no hidden fees or marketing agendas. We can't thank Heather D., our day of coordinator, enough for the thoughtful and attentive service she provided to not only to my husband and I, but also to our parents. We felt taken care of the entire wedding day and never had to lift a finger to get our needs met. All of the staff leading up to and on the wedding day were professional and helpful, always open to answering questions and making us feel comfortable. Kate and Jessica were especially helpful in the planning process. We heard nothing but rave reviews from our wedding guests on how lovely the event was and how much fun they had on our wedding day. We attribute much of the success of our special day to how well Running Deer ran everything. If the service wasn't enough of a reason to book with them, it really helps how beautiful the venue itself is, with three different options of on site ceremony locations and a flexible, full proof rain plan. We were even allowed to use the grounds we did not choose for our ceremony for wedding photos, as there were no other weddings occurring on our day. On top of everything the food was so delicious, which is not something that is always guaranteed with weddings. We wouldn't change a thing from our wedding day experience with Running Deer.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our winter wedding at Crystal Plaza and the incredible team of warm and dedicated staff. While wedding planning can certainly bring on the stress, our wedding planning process with Max and his team was not only enjoyable, but FUN! His professional expertise, honesty, and attention to detail was invaluable and beyond appreciated. This is not your average wedding culinary experience. It's obvious Crystal Plaza cares deeply about cuisine and we were blown away by every bite and sip. Our guests have not stopped raving about the culinary experience and the unique presentations of food and drink. The Penthouse and Vault (where the bride/groom/bridal party/groomsmen get ready) is out of this world. There is no other venue with this level of accommodation for both the bride and groom. It was so much fun treating the bridal party to a morning of pampering and having the groomsmen be just as excited about getting ready in the morning was incredible. They won't stop talking about the golf simulator and cigar lounge. I cannot recommend Crystal Plaza enough. 5 STARS ALL AROUND!

My husband and I were so pleased with our reception at CCHC. Working with Cyndi Meadows, we were able to put on a fun, personalized reception for which we received rave reviews from family and friends. Cyndi answered our many questions and was responsive to our needs. Our guests loved the venue, with cocktails outside on the terrace along with the option to browse the museum collections. The auditorium space accommodated about 100 guests for a buffet dinner and dancing very well. With our DJ's lights, floral arrangements, and some additional decor, we turned the basic, blank slate of the auditorium into a vibrant, colorful space. Proximity to the Chestnut Street parking garage and the Hotel Warner are huge bonuses for this a unique venue in the borough of West Chester. The venue costs are very reasonable when looking at other local venues, plus you provide your own alcohol here which provides further savings. We happily partnered with one of their preferred caterers, Limoncello, who provided abundant, delicious food and excellent service.
