“I'm going to start by saying I LOVE food so the food at my wedding was a top priority for me and Blend Catering made our wedding day even better than we could imagine. From booking them as a vendor, to tasting and seeing them at our wedding everything was extremely professional and well organized. We had so much fun at our tasting and with their advice tried things we wanted to try instead of thinking too much about our guests and it paid off for sure. Because of this we went with salmon and lamb instead our original plan of chicken and steak and our guests were raving about the salmon and lamb! Everything from the appetizers to the dessert was so delicious and beautifully plated. We also loved that they offered family style serving which allowed for guests to chat amongst themselves instead of wait in a buffet line. Family style was so much fun and we highly recommend! Blend truly took care of us on our wedding day and made it so special! “Jolas Kitchen catered at our wedding on December 27th. I cannot say enough good things about Chef Jola, she was so communicative, and made excellent recommendations and suggestions, which was so helpful to me as a first time bride who had never planned such a large event before. We were absolutely blown away by the presentation, and the care and attentiveness of chef Jola and her team. I have never worked with such thoughtful and kind caterers, they really thought of everything and made the night such a wonderful and stress free experience for us. The food was absolutely amazing and our guests could not stop talking about how much they loved everything, from the Beef Suya (my personal favorite) to the Cole Slaw, to the Jollof and Meat Pies, and the Puff Puff. A lot of brides don’t eat much on their wedding day, but I cleaned my whole plate and even took some home with me. Highly recommend!”
