The house was the most prominent residence in Fayetteville for many years and has been restored to its former glory to provide the perfect event venue. We offer 192 acres of breathtaking views, a newly renovated 5,000 square foot estate house, a fully enclosed 4,000 square foot pavilion that can accommodate up to 200 guests, a commercial kitchen with an in-house caterer and a fully stocked bar. The LODGE is our latest addition, which includes 14 studio hotel rooms and 16 suites. All spacious suites are equipped with kitchens and have the ability to adjoin to a studio for families or larger parties. Half of the suites are western views with balconies. All rooms are equipped with espresso machines, fine linens, and heated floors in bathrooms. The lodge has a top floor banquet hall featuring breathtaking sunset views of the Allegheny Mountains. The Lodge is located right next to the Corduroy Inn and across the street from the iconic Western Territory
