You’ll love the serenity the farm offers, well off the beaten path in SW Washington, just 30 minutes north of the Portland/Vancouver Metro area. Your guests will enjoy the quiet, relaxing atmosphere while you’ll appreciate the secluded romance the farm offers.

This site was first developed by Philip Foster in 1847, as a resting place on the Oregon Trail. It still has four original Foster buildings (two moved onto the site), including a large hay barn, granary, and two houses. One house has been restored to its 1860 condition. We welcome all kinds of weddings, but are most appreciated by those who love Oregon History, and those who want to bring horses to the wedding. There are many options for how to use our site, and we are happy to help you create your dream event. Although parking is limited to about 50 cars, there is plenty of space for people.

We offer 45 historic acres of pasture surrounded by old-growth trees located on the Barlow Road, a section of the Oregon Trail. An 1890 Victorian Farm House, big red barn, and the Clackamas River make this a special place for your wedding or event. This unique property sits down in a valley with almost 1/2 mile of river frontage. Huge old-growth trees surround the fields. Total privacy with pastoral views.
