We have a large outdoor pavilion for your reception, with twinkling lights hanging from the ceiling. Under the pavilion is a large catering room as well as men and women's restrooms. The 1850's white house is 2,600 sq feet, and the entire house is available for the brides and her party with a very large bridal suite, with ample mirrors and great lighting for hair and make-up. The men have a separate "men's cave" to comfortably hang out with a large tv, refrigerator, 2 separate bathrooms and a large game room attached. The rental time is 12 - 14 hours. We provide all the tables, chairs and white linens included with your rental. We do have other items available to rent, such as arches, floral decorations for a minimal rental fee if you so choose.
