About this venue
Bingham Ranch Events is a beautifully wooded venue sitting on 78 acres with multiple outdoor ceremony sites to choose from. We have a large outdoor pavilion for your reception, with twinkling lights hanging from the ceiling. Under the pavilion is a large catering room as well as men and women's restrooms. The 1850's white house is 2,600 sq feet, and the entire house is available for the brides and her party with a very large bridal suite, with ample mirrors and great lighting for hair and make-up. The men have a separate "men's cave" to comfortably hang out with a large tv, refrigerator, 2 separate bathrooms and a large game room attached. The rental time is 12 - 14 hours. We provide all the tables, chairs and white linens included with your rental. We do have other items available to rent, such as arches, floral decorations for a minimal rental fee if you so choose.

Open Outdoor Pavilion
The Open Pavilion is equipped with a large catering room. Men & Women's bathrooms. This is ideal for dining and dancing.
This space features twinkling lights hanging from the ceiling to create a beautiful ambiance. From the pavilion, it opens up the large grassy courtyard with many of the large trees wrapped in twinkling lights.

The White House with Bridal Suite
Inside the 1850's White House is the location of the large bridal suite. The entire house is available to the bridal party
The White House is the oldest home built in Williamson County and has been fully restored to make your special day magical.

The Men's Suite is a separate building designated to "the guys."
Equipped with comfortable seating, a large TV, table and chairs as well as a large game room attached, there's ample things to keep the guys entertained while they wait for the festivities to begin.

The most popular package is the weekend package includes a 14-hour rental on a Friday or Saturday. The price is determined by how many guests you plan to attend. Starting Price is $4,500 for up to 100 guests, $5,000 for up to 150 guests and $5,500 for up to 200 guests. Peak Season is April through June and September through November. Off Peak Season would be December through March, July & August.

Starting price is $2,800 for up to 100 guests, $3,300 for 150 guests and $4,200 for up to 200 guests. Peak Season Months are April through June and September through November. Off Peak months include December through March, July and August.

Birthday Party
I want to give a quick shout out to Jatina and Lee at the Bingham Ranch Event Venue... I don’t even know where to begin other than ... THANK YOU y'all are AMAZING and thanks for helping us make our daughters birthday perfect. We're so blessed to have it at your beautiful venue. So highly recommend this venue to anyone for any occasion they may have.

Bingham Ranch Events is an amazing venue to work with. Their communication style is incredible, and they are 100% dedicated to ensuring your special day is perfect. The quality of their work and value provided is a great deal. This venue has been through major renovations, and I am so proud to have seen the transformation of this stunning property.
