About this venue

Bingham Ranch Events is a beautifully wooded venue sitting on 78 acres with multiple outdoor ceremony sites to choose from. We have a large white tent that can host up to 300 guests for rain or bad weather as well as an outdoor pavilion for your reception, with twinkling lights hanging from the ceiling. Under the pavilion is a large catering room as well as men and women's restrooms. The 1850's white house is 2,600 sq feet, and the entire house is available for the brides and her party with a very large bridal suite, with ample mirrors and great lighting for hair and make-up. The men have a separate "men's cave" to comfortably hang out with a large party room, large tv, refrigerator and bathrooms attached. The rental time is 12 - 14 hours. We provide all the tables, chairs for your rental time. We are a new venue and just launching for 2025 and 2026.

Open Outdoor Pavilion

The Open Pavilion is equipped with a large catering room. Men & Women's bathrooms. This is ideal for dining and dancing.

This space features twinkling lights hanging from the ceiling to create a beautiful ambiance. From the pavilion, it opens up the large grassy courtyard with many of the large trees wrapped in twinkling lights.

The White House with Bridal Suite

Inside the 1850's White House is the location of the large bridal suite. The entire house is available to the bridal party.

The White House is the oldest home built in Williamson County and has been fully restored to make your special day magical.

Men's Suite

The Men's Suite is a separate building designated for "the guys."

Equipped with comfortable seating, a large TV, table and chairs as well as a large game room attached, there's ample things to keep the guys entertained while they wait for the festivities to begin.

Large White Tent

Assurance that your guests at your wedding will be out of any in climate weather and your day will go as smoothly as possible.

The white tent provides a beautiful set up for any occasion, whether it's the ceremony due to bad weather and/or a covered and spacious place for dinner and dancing. We have not used the tent yet for any wedding to show more pictures. Please note: This tent rental fee is included with all rentals over 100 guests.

This package called "Simple Wedding" is only 100 guests and no more. No tent is available. Ceremony can be held on a weekend. Ceremony can be held anywhere on the property and the Reception Dinner and Cocktail Hour to be held under the pavilion.

"The Works"

Description

The most popular package is the weekend package includes a 12-hour rental on a Friday or Saturday. The price is determined by how many guests you plan to attend. Starting Price is $4,500 for up to 100 guests and will remain as long as the tent is not needed. If the tent is needed the price would increase to $6,000 for 100 guests. The next level up would be $6,500 for up to 150 guests, (includes the tent) For 200 guests $7,000, and up to $7,500 for up to 300.

Weekday Package

Description

This Weekday Package is Sunday through Thursday for a 12-hour rental and prices are determined by how many guests you plan to have in attendance. Starting price is $2,800 for up to 100 guests and will stay at that price as long as the tent is not needed. If the tent is needed the price will increase to $4,000. For up to 150 guests, price is $4,500. For up to 200 guests, price is $5,000. For up to 300 guests, the price is $5,500.

Micro Wedding Package

Description

The Micro Weekend Package includes a 6-hour rental for up to 50 guests any day of the week, including weekends. (Prices do vary) You may add up to 10 extra guests for $40 each. Includes a 6-hour rental and includes 2 hours extra for decorating.

    Bingham Ranch Events was the perfect venue for our wedding day. Their communication style was quick to respond, which was so helpful during the planning process. The quality of their work and value was absolutely stunning - this place is so beautiful and they have all the things you need to make you feel at home!
