We have space for 2 get ready rooms, honeymoon suites, ceremony space, reception, rehearsal dinner, and gift opening space. Our Mississippi Ballroom- This ballroom can cater any size group up to 300 guests. We offer buffet style or plating for you and your guests. I have attached a menu for your reference on packages, pricing, and menu choices. At Best Western Plus, we will do all the day of for you. Teamed up with our professional catering team, set up staff, and your personal marketing/sales team, we will make sure your day is as magical as it should be. The Best Western Plus marketing/sales team will help you design your perfect day with personal meetings and planning hand in hand with you. Please note, if you meet the food & beverage minimum, there is no room charge.

Our beautiful historical building is located in the Millwork Historical District in Dubuque, Ia. We are the oldest city in the State of Iowa. We offer two different ballrooms. Our smaller one, the Junior, holds up to 175 for a ceremony & 125 for a reception. Our Grand Ballroom holds up to 450 guests. We have shopping, bars, restaurants, an arcade, a courtyard with a megatron tv and a Comedy Bar. There are lots to do in and outside of our building in our district. Our catering in done inhouse, by our celebrity trained Chef. Once you see inside our doors, you will see what the fuss is all about. We offer ample parking and we are handicap accessible. We are located in the heart of the Millwork District. The Magnolia took 3 years to renovated and was completed in 2019. The floor to ceiling windows, large chandeliers, white brick and marble floors of the Magnolia room are always a crowd favorite. The Champagne loft is loved by bridal parties to get ready with their girls and book the weekend package you can stay in the Loft the night before and the night of your wedding!

The Steeple Square Community Event Center is a venue located in historic downtown Dubuque, IA. This venue occupies a former church and now proudly stands as a historic landmark and a community minded nonprofit. Their venue is nestled just north of the lively Millwork District. The Steeple Square Community Event Center offers three versatile spaces to host your entire wedding day. Their stunning main hall is their largest and most iconic space to host your wedding, comfortably accommodating up to three hundred guests. New additions to their campus include their colorful outdoor plaza and their bright and industrial lower-level space. All three spaces can be mixed-and-matched to host ceremony, cocktail hour, reception (and more!) with precision and ease. Off Shore Event Center has recently undergone an extensive renovation to bring you one of the most beautiful venues in the area for your special day. Not only do we offer this state-of-the-art facility, we also have a hotel onsite. This will allow your out-of-town guests to arrive in advance and settle in before your event. Guests who arrive early or want to stay an extra day will also be thrilled with the excellent food and service featured at our on-premise restaurant, Off Shore Bar and Grill. During the summer months, we also offer a state-of-the-art outdoor aquatics area which is included with each hotel stay. The Off Shore property features all the accommodations you and your guests will require for a perfect wedding day or an extended weekend experience. Rustic Creek is an old School Gym from the 1920’s repurposed into a dream venue. Accommodations up to 300 and climate controlled. Rustic Creek provides round tables for seating and rectangle tables for head table/food area. The biggest plus to Rustic Creek is all weddings are a 48 hour rental, so no rush to get your big day set up or cleaned up!

Located just north of Manchester Iowa, Windmill Hill is a rustic wedding and event venue, featuring multiple ceremony & reception areas, modern amenities, bridal suite, groom's room, an outdoor patio, multiple outdoor decks, and more! There is also a home on the property available to rent featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, and a large kitchen and dining room. This allows you to relax and celebrate for the entire weekend all in one place. It is conveniently located about 3 miles north of Manchester, just off highway 13. There are several florists, caterers, DJs, party bus services, and more in the surrounding areas. It is also located approximately 50 miles each from Cedar Rapids, Waterloo, and Dubuque.

The Buchanan House Mansion built in 1883 is now placed on the rolling his of the Buchanan House Winery and Vineyard. In 2009, the mansion was scheduled to be demolished. The Weaver Family of Tipton, sad to see it go, purchased the mansion and later moved it 7 miles to its new location. Now the mansion is the perfect place to host a small event for up to 40 guests. The 19-acre vineyard and garden make a beautiful place to host an outdoor ceremony and reception. All of our wine is made in the basement of the mansion and tasting room. Host an event at Buchanan House and have the choice of 30+ red, white, bubbly, sparkling, and port-style wines.

Located on Mt. Vernon Rd. SE in Cedar Rapids (10 minutes from downtown Cedar Rapids), our indoor and outdoor spaces are designed to hold events for up to 250 guests. The HarMac Event Space resides in the historic Harper & McIntire building in downtown Cedar Rapids, Iowa. ​Completed in 1922, the building was originally a warehouse and shipping facility for Harper & McIntire's industrial hardware. The company also procured their own line of hand-crafted tools, coined "HarMac" - thus, our shared name. In 2015, the property was purchased and restored to reflect its original industrial character and charm. The HarMac has been meticulously designed to showcase it's industrial roots and stunning proportions.
