Emily and Alanna made sure we were their number one priority that day. They were constantly checking in on us, giving us whatever we needed. They knew what we needed/wanted before we even did. Our parents raved about the staff checking on them as well. Every little detail was perfect because of the staff. The food was so delicious, thanks to chef Jay. Every single one of our guests came up to us to rave about the beauty of the venue, the food, the staff, and the bartenders. The bartenders were awesome and quickly learned everyone’s order, having the drinks ready for them when they got to the bar. She anticipated every possible issue before they arose. She has such a calming presence which was much needed. We were worried about weather for our wedding as we had originally planned to have a beach ceremony. It rained on our wedding, but it did not matter, because even inside the Atlantic Room, the view was breathtaking. McLoone's was so efficient in setting up for the ceremony and breaking down the chairs afterwards. Three weeks out now from our wedding and guests are saying McLoone's Pierhouse had the best food and service they've ever had at a wedding! All the staff were polite, professional and cheery, singing along to the songs. Nelson, our Maitre-d, was so fun and easy going. McLoone's exceeded every expectation we had.
