Built in 1918, the Carlisle Ribbon Mill was a functioning ribbon mill until 1987. The building sat mostly empty until the MCcarren family bought the property in 2003. They spent the next few years bringing it back to life and 2006 started restoration on what is now the Carlisle Ribbon Mill Banquet Facility.

One of the most historic buildings in Baltimore; built in 1866, The Grand was first known as the Tremont Grand, and served as the headquarters for the Maryland Freemason for 130 years. In the late 1990’s the building underwent a massive restoration project before finally reopening in 2005.
