Magnolia Spring Farm is a historic 80-acre family-owned flower farm. Onsite there is its namesake fresh-flowing spring along with hilltop pastures, flower fields and wooded coves. An industrial space, the farm is a blank slate to work with so that your wedding vision can come to life. Seat up to 175 guests inside the barn across the two levels. Or host your event on the outdoor patio, under the Sycamore tree with a gorgeous fireplace view. Renovated restrooms and a catering prep kitchen are located inside on the lower level. The historic farmhouse is also included in your rental- the main house is 4br/2bth (clawfoot tub!) and includes a makeup bar room, hairstyling room and full kitchen. The Ballroom at Union Square is a historic space located downtown Newark. Originally built in 1902 originally as a dance hall the venue was renovated and re-opened in 2016 as a concert hall. To our surprise couples began booking weddings and to date we have hosted more than 50. The venue is three stories and features the main ballroom, two full service bars, a full service kitchen, changing rooms, and onsite accommodations for the couple.

We are all-inclusive wedding venue. With our in-house catering we do not charge hall rental fee. You just pay for catering only. We offer 6 hours reception and additional hour for the ceremony.
