Chauncey and Cleopatra Case settled in Hudson in 1814 and the Case Barlow Farm was a family run farm until 1995. We are a nonprofit organization focused on preserving the farm and engaging the community to learn about and enjoy the farm. Our venue consists of 4.2 acre grounds and a large "Big Red" restored bank barn. We've installed a beautiful new floor, modern restrooms and a catering area. The farmhouse was built in 1831 and is available for the bridal party to use prior to the event. 100 gold Chiavari chairs with cushions and 15 5 foot round tables are include in the rental fee. We are building a 5' wide brick walkway up the the barn entrance with a patio and firepit for a great outdoor experience. Our Gardens, Orchard and outbuildings present great photo opportunities. Venue 81 Eleven is our newest exclusive venue located in the heart of Brecksville, Ohio. We have a triad of facilities for use. The Main Hall can accomodate up to 300 guests. It's perfect for weddings, large corporate gatherings, and any big occasion. The Small Hall can accomodate up to 100 guests and is perfect for baby showers, wedding showers, small corporate meetings, anniversaries, and birthday parties. The Small Hall can also be used for wedding ceremonies. Our Outdoor Pavilion is the perfect summertime gathering spot. It can accomodate up to 200 guests for picnics, BBQ's, outdoor corporate gatherings, and large family reunions. The Pavilion can also be a beautiful place to get married.
