Our unique renovated grain silo, attached to a refurbished dairy barn circa 1950, features tall ceilings, rustic wood accents and an open plan. Situated on 326 acres, Middleburg is located in Huger, South Carolina along the banks of the East Branch of the Cooper River. The property features ample green space for private events, in addition to river access, trails, wildlife viewing, and recreation. The estate features four homes with a total of 10 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms and can comfortably house 20 guests. The Middleburg property is only a 25 minute drive from Mount Pleasant and a 45 minute drive from Charleston proper.
