You can then take your formal pictures around the private property. For your cocktail hour, Vizcaya Villa offers its charming, covered Lakeside Pavilion & Lounge area. Finally, you can dance the night away in their Artisan Ballroom. Expansive windows allow for scenic views of both the wooded grounds and the lake. A wrap-around balcony creates a tranquil site for guests to socialize and admire the sunset. You and your wedding party can utilize the private Bridal Suite and Groom Room as comfortable spaces to prepare before the start of your celebration. The English Country Barn offers several flexible space choices to make the wedding of your dreams come to life! A huge covered chapel seating up to 200 guests giving you even more choice for your ceremony. In addition we have a stunning outdoor fireplace, a beautiful fountain and hand crafted outdoor bar all on our adjacent patio, the perfect spot for cocktail hour. We also boast 3 houses onsite available for wedding party or out of town guests.

The venue can seat around 200 guests comfortably. The main space is a dream with beautiful white shiplap walls, gorgeous stained plank cathedral ceiling and lots of natural light. The main space is heated and cooled so you can be comfortable in any season. There is a covered porch that leads to a large flagstone patio with a white fireplace, this is a great space for rehearsal dinners or just an extension of the reception space. The bridal suite is in a separate building adjacent to the venue. Recently built in 2023, with nearly 800 sq feet you and your wedding party will have a comfortable space to enjoy the day. Finally, there is an open air chapel that can seat 200 guests comfortably. It has beautiful cathedral style windows in the front and back of the chapel and open arches on the sides. This chapel will make a great rain back up option for your wedding day or if you love it as much as we do, it can be a beautiful plan A option as well.

The Farm at 95 offically opened it's doors in October of 2013 and to this day is one of the two largest venues in Johnston County (oh, our sister location is the other larges venue)! Our space can accommodate anywhere from 80 to 400 guests, with separate rooms for food, dedicated dressing rooms, a well equipped stage and a relaxing patio heaters, fans and a gas fire pit. When you inquire, you will also receive information about our sister location, The Farm at 42, which we opened in March of 2018. This venue is similar to The Farm at 95, but has simple improvements such as larger dressing suites, upgraded finishes and a completely different ceremony setting. We hope that between one of our locations, we are able to work together to plan your pefect day!

The Lucas Farm was originally an 1875 tobacco farm. It has been transformed into a picturesque estate nestled in nearly 500 acres of longleaf pine stands. The farm features a refurbished farm house where the bride and bridal party get ready, a bar shed, caterers kitchen, climate controlled barn featuring the original wood inside, a new barn that can be used as the plan or rain backup plan, a lovely pecan orchard for outdoor ceremony and a refurbished schoolhouse for the groom and groomsmen to get ready. The venue can seat as many as 200 guests. The Lucas Farm has a serene and relaxed atmosphere.

Located on Main Street in Clayton, NC, Chefella's Event Space is perfect for engagement parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and more for groups up to 25 people. With a bistro-like feel, this space includes a main event room, bar and lounge area, outdoor bistro tables, and catering room. Each rental includes the use of the entire space, tables, black linens, and chairs with customizable table settings, color schemes, and stress-free catering options available that can easily be built into your rental. An event attendant will be present for the entirety of your event at no extra charge.
