RAW is a place with a very special look and feel - 6,600 square feet of New York loft-style space featuring soaring beamed ceilings, artistic architectural detail, hardwood floors and loads of natural light. We created our event space with one goal in mind - to help couples with their love story.

The Londonderry Inn & Estate is a highly rated Hershey Bed and Breakfast & Events Venue with magnificent accommodations in a beautifully restored pre-Civil War 1840's Victorian style home. Each of our spacious, stately guest rooms feature private baths, dramatic ten-foot ceilings, grand windows with custom drapery, elegant Queen or King-sized beds, and a comfortable sitting area for two. During the colder weather our suites offering romantic fireplaces and jacuzzi tubs tend to be guest favorites. Each morning, our guests are treated to a delicious homemade breakfast which is served in our two parlor rooms at private tables, or outside on the trellis covered patio weather permitting. Stroll around the beautifully manicured grounds and stop to reflect on ornate benches beneath the canopy of mature trees in select locations about the property. Our venue is a historic goggle factory converted into a modern art center. We’ve been hosting weddings since opening in 2005 and we love to see a couple’s dream come to life in our spaces.
