Hi I'm Jackie, and I literally love my job! I’m a New England-based photographer for the last 18 years. I have to admit though, I love taking this one woman show on the road and travel makes me the happiest. I have been lucky enough to shoot destination weddings in England, Iceland, and Alaska. I would describe my photography style as very laid back and natural. The little in between moments make for the best photos, and I’m not about capturing awkward prom poses and forced smiles. From there, they went on to assist various commercial photographers in New York City where they eventually explored the world of wedding and portrait photography. However, a few studios in Manhattan were beginning to experiment with a more editorial and photo-journalistic approach, which immediately appealed to the young photographers.

People ask me about Moments with Ada Photography. It grew out of an abundant desire to pay tribute to my late great-grandmother. Due to unfortunate circumstances, her life ended quickly and my grandmother grew up knowing very little of her mother. I've always wondered what she was like and what her interests were. Aside from a few photos of her we know very little of her. This is my way of continuing to keep her memory alive, by sharing moments with you it's like I'm sharing them with her. By helping you to capture your special moments, I know that I'm leaving behind a long legacy that my children and grandchildren will be proud of.
