Jarett came up with the clever name 'Rue Chow' translating to 'street food' and it just stuck! She was classically trained at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, where she obtained an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and an Associates Degree in Baking & Pastry Arts in 2015.
