Our beautiful facility is located downtown in the old Coca-Cola bottling plant in Lubbock's historic Depot District. The space includes a lofty interior, tasting room, and outdoor patio, available to rent together or separately for a variety of events and soirées of all sorts! To confirm a date for an event, a signed contract must be received along with payment of one-half of the total venue rental fee.

Madewell Estates will be Lubbock's Premier event center. Located 10 minutes south of FM 1585 in New Home, Madewell Estates can host 625 occupants. With over 17,000 square feet of usable space, Madewell Estates offers a variety of spaces for your event. Whether you're wanting to host a small get together of 20, 100, or 500. A Grand Hall with a gorgeous backdrop of windows, cocktail lounge with access to an oversized patio, upstairs balconies with an patio overlooking the south side of the property and pond, a Bridal Suite or smaller event space with overlooking balcony deck of the front of the estate as well as a Grooms Suite for private gatherings.

Ranger Creek Ranch is a family owned and operated cattle ranch nationally recognized for its first class hunting operation, exceptional wild game, and storied history. Ranger Creek Ranch has been in our family for over 120 years. Ranell built The Reserve event venue on the ranch in October 2019 just in time for Kaylie and her husband Ryan to say "I Do" as the first Reserve couple.
