The centerpiece of the property is the 30-acre private lake backdropped by 300 acres of open fields and 400 yr. old evergreen trees providing year-round beauty and privacy for your ceremony. The 7200 sq. ft. rustic barn pavilion and 420 ft. covered veranda overlook the lake. We are 30 minutes from Farmville, Blackstone, and South Hill Virginia. “This venue is what I would call a hidden gem! Tucked away Lunenberg Counry in Central VA, it is the perfect location. For families who may have guests who are spread out throughout the state or tri-state area. The venue boasts a beautiful waterfront ceremony area, but also offers an intimate and romantic indoor area for an inclement weather contingency plan. The owners will go above and beyond to make sure their brides and grooms, vendors and guests are satisfied...anything you need, just ask!”

It is conveniently located near the cities of Culpeper, Warrenton, and Manassas and is within 1.25 miles of major highway Rt 29.
