Erik, From our first meeting, we clicked and since then it has been a fun ride: We will forever boast about all that you offer (2 nights BEFORE the big day is a GAME CHANGER), the tasting of our menu (with your added recommendations), and all of the glorious changes you have made and continue to make to the Venue. All in all, the Venue and food were SPECTACULAR! You were incredibly helpful and attentive to all our needs throughout the day and then some. We can’t say enough about Historic Venue 1902! The women we worked with were all incredible, what a power house of a team. From when we walked into the building we were blown away by the beauty of the space, and by the professionalism of everyone. We loved the large bridal suite and grooms room! We had a great experience with Lisa, Taylor and Adrianna! From the time we chose to go with the company, until the wedding night, everything went smoothly with the whole process. Heathrow Country Club & The Legacy Club at Alaqua Lakes offer a wide variety of event spaces from intimate to gala Heathrow's Main Dining Room & Lounge can accommodate from 50 to 75 people and has a warm and cozy vibe. A floor to ceiling fireplace with white washed brick. New blonde wood flooring & freshly painted in neutral pallet to match any decor you have. The Terrace Room located inside the Heathrow Clubhouse is perfect for Showers and can accommodate up to 40 people. Heathrow's Grand Ballroom & Reception Foyer now also includes a cover patio. This breathtaking space has beautiful crystal chandeliers, silver chiavari chairs with white pads and can easily accommodate 200 with our large house dance floor. The Legacy Club is a rustic and intimate private space that can accommodate up to 85 for dinner and dancing The Fazio Room is located inside the Legacy Club & can accommodate up to 18 people for a private meeting

I cannot express enough how exceptional our experience was at the Heathrow Legacy Club for our wedding day. The staff went above and beyond to make our day truly special and memorable. They were not only easy to work with but also incredibly attentive to our needs and desires. The venue event coordinator , Toni Curlin, in particular, was a standout star. Her attention to detail, creative ideas, and warm personality made the entire planning process a breeze. Thanks to Toni and the entire team at Heathrow, our wedding day was nothing short of magical. The venue is spectacular and fantastic for a totally inclusive package. Suzanne is very easy to work with and provided excellent support during the event. Two suggestions I have is to make sure you confirm how much food will be provided. (Order a little extra) When you invite your friends, make sure they know that seating starts at the time you give them so they aren’t arriving too much earlier than the time you show on your invitation. (They will wait outside until the seating begins as scheduled with the venue) This is the place to have your wedding!
