Eagles Nest Reserve is a family-run vineyard and winery focusing on dry farming, no-till, herbicide-free agriculture to produce un-fined and unfiltered, low intervention wine. ENR’s wines are low in sulfites and aim to express the authentic and rustic representation of its unique geology and microclimate. At approximately 600 ft elevation and the eastern-most area of the Tualatin Hills AVA, the vineyard is planted on wind-blown loess over basalt, and is influenced by catabatic winds funneled through the Columbia Gorge. The 160-acre reserve is a diverse and beautiful landscape of vineyards, wetlands, grazing alpacas, wildlife, and easement-protected forest sanctuaries. Surrounded by vines with a panoramic view of the valley, its showcase barn is host to wine tastings as well as public and private events. Black-owned open floor studio with large windows and original exposed brick. The large windows allow a hefty amount of natural sunlight to fill the room. Good for photo shoots, exercise classes, small banquets, birthday parties, baby showers, launch parties, and meeting space. There is a kitchenette with access to counters and sink however, no refrigerator access will be permitted. Elevator access from the street to allow easy loading and unloading. This is your premier and intimate event studio.
