She was wonderful about accommodating a quick tasting while we were travelling from out of state, and made sure to keep us in the loop on all updates. We had honey almond, spice cake, salted caramel, and vegan/GF chocolate cupcakes that were devoured by guests - we were lucky there were a couple left for us to save for ourselves! “I tried Petrova Chocolates for the first time at a Winter market last year in Boston. I bought the Milk chocolate with crispy crepe and cinnamon and the signature Bonbon collection and can tell that the chocolates were amazing.
