With each design, we strive to honor the unique beauty of nature through asymmetrical lines, texture, and movement. Each stem is carefully chosen and placed with intention and purpose.

Buds is a woman-owned floral design company, founded by Kayla Gould, based in Boston and the south shore of Massachusetts. Buds design style is organic, airy and whimsical with lots of ties to botanical elements. The combination of locally grown stems, plants and found materials in nature makes for stunning arrangements unlike others seen before.

After almost 20 years of planning, designing and decorating events, I have had the honor of creating magical, fairytale-like events. Each client brings the pictures, the stories they want to share, their vision and dreams. We then add the unique, detailed special touches and together we create stunning memories. Style, taste and elegance can be achieved at any price, provided you have the vision, knowledge and talent to make them come to fruition. Having this knowledge allows my clients to relax and feel confident, truly allowing them to become a guest at their own event.

I’m Nicole, a New England-based designer and owner of Arboretum Floral Design Co. I work one-on-one with couples, hosts, and event coordinators to execute stunning floral designs to help your event and wedding dreams become a reality.
