My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We're so sorry to hear that your gift arrived damaged and are happy to replace it.

To get started simply look up your order on our Order Status page and select “Return” next to the damaged item. Under “Why are you returning this?” select “The item arrived damaged” and upload a photo of the damage when prompted. We’ll be in touch with more details after you submit.
