I cannot say enough good things about GTHR. From my first call with Sarah (who was so kind as to offer a discount, knowing I had just gotten laid off), to the end of our wedding with our AMAZING coordinator (Natalie), the professionalism this team exhibited was off the charts. I am type A, to a fault, and a bit of a perfectionist / despise hosting. I fully anticipated not enjoying our wedding, just knowing the pressure I would feel, and can truly say it was the best day of my/our lives, largely due to having Natalie with us!! My husband and dad have both said they would have paid 10x more for the services and everyone agreed it they were the best money we spent for the whole weekend. My younger sister has her own wedding in Ireland next year, and my dad keeps (half) joking that he wants to inquire about bringing Natalie with us to run the show LOL (he is one of 10, so it's a massive crazy Irish family to navigate...and she nailed it). When I tell you this girl was buttoned up.....dealing with difficult vendors, guests, even a lost trolley at one point....we didn't miss a beat. She truly was such a joy to have there and I did not worry once the whole day/night. BOOK IMMEDIATELY (and ask for Natalie!! She gets it :-) )

We couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator for our wedding than Sharon. From the very beginning, communicating with Joyfully Co was easy and the whole team at Joyfully Co is so organized and professional. Sharon hit the ground running from day 1 of coordination take-over and made sure she knew everything we wanted and needed to make our wedding day a stress-free day for us. She took the time to ask us a lot of questions during our planning meetings which was so helpful because N and I often times hadn’t even thought of those details of our wedding before. In the days leading up to the wedding, Sharon helped to run an efficient rehearsal at the venue and our whole wedding party couldn’t stop raving about how smoothly the rehearsal went. On our wedding day, Sharon and her team were amazing at facilitating every part of our day. Everything ran so smoothly and on-time that we often had to wonder how everything was happening so perfectly - but then remembered it was because of Sharon and her magic behind the scenes. She is very easy going, calm, and light-hearted, but also has a way of directing people in a gentle but assertive demeanor. She manages wedding guests with such ease and kindness (and there are a lot of types of wedding guests a coordinator has to manage in a day). Many of our wedding guests commented after the wedding how our wedding was one of the best they’ve ever attended and were astonished how every part of our wedding schedule ran on time. Sharon is spectacular and I’m so glad I chose Joyfully Co to coordinate our wedding day. They are truly a joy to work with and are highly experienced in what they do.

Karen Sieger founded Blissfully Styled Events with one simple goal: to provide a planning process couples could actually enjoy. As the go-to event enthusiast any time her friends were planning a celebration, she’d long dreamt of planning parties professionally, but it wasn’t until 2016—when a vendor at her sister’s wedding was surprised to hear Karen wasn’t actually a professional wedding planner—that she decided to leave behind a 20-year career as a real estate executive and make the leap she’d long contemplated.

Karen and her team have gone above and beyond to help coordinate our wedding back in April and we are still dreaming of that wonderful day! I was originally in the planning process with another coordinator who had a job switch during this process and thus I was referred to Karen. Right off the bat Karen was super on top of everything, and so kind and patient, also just fun to work with. We hit it off with her right away – she was super responsive and knowledgeable. On our wedding day and rehearsal as well she kept the whole crew on top of everything, and everything ran on time and seamlessly. I remember she came over to us during dinner reception and reminded us to take a moment to take it all in with each other – I now realized how important that was as I am still dreaming of that day and reliving all the moments in my mind. At the end of the evening – everything got packed neatly away into our cars so all we had to do was drive back. It was so amazing to work with her we cannot thank her and her team enough for their efforts to make our special day the best ever.

It's safe to say that Jesse is officially a part of my family. Running into Christina what was probably the best thing the universe has given me (after my husband of course lol). This review is going to be lengthy so fair warning on that. Let's start with wedding day and then backtrack. Christina was beyond prepared for everything needed on wedding day. No detail was missed. She showed up bright and early to the venue to ensure everything was properly organized. She was the last to leave the venue and ensured that everything was wrapped up accordingly. Everything was running on time because of her and everyone was aware of the roles they were playing. Christina's team is also extremely friendly and helpful. There is no doubt that all of Christina's experience has made her into the the professional she is to date. Before the wedding day, she was also very much so prepared to ask the right questions. She ensured that my now husband and I were comfortable and ready for the big day. This girl took so much stress off of my shoulders I would have been a mess without her. Christina scheduled regular meetings with me to ensure that things were moving swiftly prior to the wedding. I was also missing a few of my vendors and her recommendations were absolutely spot on. She made everything extremely convenient for me I never once had to go out of my way for anything. Anyway, Christina is a life saver. Thanks to all of her experience and hard work, My husbands and I's wedding day was the most beautiful, memorable, and loving experience of my life.

She has a wealth of creative ideas and is full of fantastic recommendations from everything from florists, to locations, to restaurants, or anything you might want for your event. Anything specific that we had in mind, Belinda was quick to incorporate it. When we didn’t know what we wanted, such as the overall aesthetic for our event, Belinda was able to create an incredible vision just based on some simple questions we answered and by her browsing my Pinterest boards. The end result was a gorgeous setup that was completely our style, but something we would never have created on our own. She creates shared documents for budget, timeline, and other important details that are so helpful throughout the process. She is super adaptable to any issues that might pop up and is able to pivot on a dime as needed. She has thought of everything and is thoroughly prepared down to the bandaid my husband unexpectedly needed after the ceremony. I could fill the entire Pacific Ocean with compliments for Michelle and her team. Michelle was part of our planning process for nearly 2.5 years (thanks 2020). Despite endless uncertainties, Michelle was always patient, kind, understanding, and optimistic while realistic. We always felt we could trust Michelle no matter the issue - which is the most important when choosing your vendors. Not only does she have a great eye for design, she is meticulous and detail oriented. She provided all the organization and design resources we needed and truly understood our vision. A huge plus is that she is well attuned to East Asian traditions and can speak to guests who do not understand English. There were so many details we would have missed had it not been for Michelle. Even though our bridal party and family only had short interactions with Michelle on the wedding day, they all commented and were so impressed by her level of organization, positive attitude, and constant smile. When the weather prediction showed 70% chance of rain on our wedding the entire week leading up to it, Michelle worked hard even at late hours to ensure we had a backup plan that fit our vision and communicated with our vendors for options. Not only so, she paid for an hourly weather app to see if it would stop raining by our ceremony time. By some miracle, the rain cleared. When we needed extra rentals at the last minute, Michelle went out of her way to help us pick them up and received packages for us since we were out of town. We never expected any vendor to do this for us. These are just a few examples of the numerous times she went above and beyond. Although she juggles many events, she always makes you feel like you are the top priority. Michelle will treat your wedding like her own with the full attention it deserves. Our day was perfect, all thanks to the Somni Events team!

Britney is by far the most organized and professional coordinator I’ve ever worked with! I’ve DJ’d my fair share of weddings, and worked with a plethora of wedding coordinators. Her communication was excellent and always right on time. Transitioning from the ceremony, to the reception, to the dance portion of the evening, was as seamless as you can hope for as a DJ. It was not a pleasure to work with Britney, but an HONOR to. One thing that stood out the most and really set her apart, is that fact that she loves love. They also gave us invaluable advice before the wedding which we followed and it helped to keep us very organized on our end. The decor took our breath away. We aren't design experts and just had a general idea of what we liked. Also owing to our busy schedules which left us little time to participate in the design process, we let Natalie run freely with the concepts she came up with and would tell any other couple to do the same! You won't regret it! I might be something of a designer's nightmare: a bride who doesn't always know what she wants and doesn't have time to plan anything but has high standards about whatever it is. I secretly feared that my wedding would never live up to what I hoped but when we stepped into our ceremony and reception, our jaws were on the floor the whole time. We could not believe this was our wedding because ohhhh my godd. It's like Natalie knew exactly what we wanted without us even knowing it ourselves. The fact that she designed and planned this for us while based in a different city the whole time makes it all the more impressive to me. Last of all, I want to add how grateful I am that Natalie always made sure that both my husband and I felt equally included in decisions. Many vendors treat the bride as if she is the only one whose opinion matters and while maybe this is traditional in the industry, I could tell that he felt left out sometimes. So I want to thank Natalie for always treating it like it was OUR wedding and not just mine because it meant a lot to my husband.

Congratulations! You’ve just found the best coordinator ever! My husband and I knew we wanted a “day of coordinator” (so we thought it was called) but did not know exactly how much to prioritize or what to ask for. And then we pretty much stumbled upon Emily after posting in a local facebook group about needing a coordinator and we are so grateful we did. We’ve actually joked to one another that our only wedding regret is not having hired Emily to plan the whole thing. Emily is professional, personable, and an incredible problem-solver. Emily does coordination, which means she actually jumps on board a couple months in advance to get you organized and get all of the vendors together. However, it would be a mistake to say she only gets involved at that point—from the moment we chose Emily, she checked in consistently, asked how she could help, and gave us leads as we navigated picking vendors. When we hit the 8 week mark before the wedding, Emily began initiating more meetings and gathering all of the information she needed. We did a venue walk through and a meeting dedicated to decor. This is all to say—Emily has got your back. Additionally, she is always working behind the scenes to make sure everyone is on the same page. Leading up to the wedding, we had been very organized, but of course, in the week or so before the wedding, it felt like total chaos. We added people to our hair/makeup schedule. We had to add a last-minute vendor that totally changed the flow of our set-up. Suddenly three days before the wedding, the forecast called for rain. Emily took this all in stride. She reassured us that our feelings about anything were valid and then promised she would figure out whatever we wanted to have happen. She always had multiple solution-options for every moment of chaos we felt. And then once we had decided what we wanted, she made it happen! On the day of the wedding, I was completely worry-free because I knew Emily had everything under control. Apparently a few things went wrong that neither my husband nor I knew about until later because Emily just handled it (she did check in about one thing that had been important to us, but when she asked about it, she came with multiple solution options for me to pick from). She also goes above and beyond to make anything right if there is a need to do so (all wedding have things go wrong!). All-in-all, you want a coordinator who is on top of things, but you also want one that you want to spend your day with and Emily strikes that balance perfectly. We were actually sad when our wedding ended and we realized we wouldn’t be chatting with her as regularly!
