My venue came with a wedding coordinator (something I didn’t think I needed), my fiancé and I even discussed seeing if we could remove the coordinator from the package to save some money- we ultimately decided not to and OMG IM SO GLAD WE DIDNT! Shannon from Citrus City Events was everything we didn’t know we needed. She provided us with great ideas, styling options, vendor suggestions, she was always available by text and email, she always made time for our questions and was truly amazing. The icing on the cake was the day of our wedding- Our caterer had the wrong date and never showed up, Shannon and her team found us an AMAZING caterer to feed all of my guests and within record time! Our schedule was only delayed by about 30 mins and other than the initial shock of hearing our original caterer was a no show, the wedding day was smooth sailing! Shannon handled it impeccably! I have recommended her to everyone I know!!

Stop what you’re doing and hire Jessica for your wedding! She is incredibly organized, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. She made sure we had all of our final preparations finished on a timely schedule and she attended our final meeting with the venue to make sure everything was perfect. The timeline she created for the day was amazing, and she truly made the big day go as smooth as possible. Another great perk was the use of her wedding decoration/reception inventory. It was incredibly helpful (not to mention cost effective) to use things like picture frames, votive candles, etc instead of having to buy them. Not only did I love her, but both my family and my husband’s family had nothing but amazing things to say about working with and interacting with her during the wedding. We used Louise and Third for our daughter's wedding in Lake Tahoe. The first time I worked as an event coordinator, I knew I had found my calling. In 2022, I followed my heart and began planning weddings, parties, and events as my career and I've never looked back! I have a wandering soul. I was born in Massachusetts, went to college in Vermont, studied abroad in Ireland, struck out to Utah and have now settled down in Southern California. On the weekends when I'm not working, you can find me chasing the last 7 of my bucket list states, exploring our nation's national parks, or hunting for all kinds of treasure - from metal detecting on the beach to sifting through thrift store aisles!

I contacted Rachel to help day-of our belated wedding reception we called our "Happily Ever After". I thought it was cute how the business is called "Happily Ever Adventure Co." which goes with the theme, but I ended up choosing her over others after our consultation because everything seemed to be aligned in expectations. Plus I loved how personable and authentic she is! Even though I told her I only needed help day-of so I could enjoy the event without playing "host", she still helped follow up with vendors and make sure I had everything ready to go even a month before. I dropped off the decorations at the venue the day before so she had everything to set up. I'll be honest and say I didn't have a clear vision of what I wanted the decorations to end up looking like, but whatever expectations I had she blew me away! I almost cried seeing the sweetheart table come together so perfectly. Throughout the night she and Mallory were on top of helping the vendors get set up and striked, took care of any issues that came up flawlessly, kept me and the groom on our timeline (in a nice and somewhat flexible way that ensured everything got done but we still enjoyed our time), and always made sure I had a drink in my hand (whether our signature cocktail or water). They definitely helped my vague vision of what I wanted the night to be become something better than I could ever have hoped for. They even were able to clean everything up and packed away without me having to worry about anything. They were a huge help, and more than that, they were so fun to work with that I'm willing to hang out and grab drinks with them at some point! Everything went so smoothly on our big day, and 90% of that is because of Rachel and Mallory. I can't thank them enough!

My husband and I got married this past May and our experience with Clemence was fantastic from start to finish. She helped plan our wedding in almost every detail (colors, wedding venues, vendors, furniture, etc) to day of coordination and beyond (making announcements, advising vendors, helping serve food, vendor tipping recommendations, etc). Clemence's extensive experience as a planner is clear once you meet her, and her input on colors/layout/flowers was very helpful in the early stages of planning. We wanted to get married in Santa Barbara and thanks to Clemence’s numerous connections in the wedding industry, she was able to find the best vendors within the budget we set for ourselves. Her attention to detail is impressive (she will even consider bringing a paper weight to hold down napkins if it could be a windy day with an outdoor venue), but she manages to plan everything without overwhelming her clients or giving them decision fatigue. On the day of the wedding, Clemence and her team executed everything extremely well. Our venue was a park without any packaged vendors, and Clemence was able to coordinate between all the different vendors and teams without issue. By the time we got there, everything was setup beautifully and all we had to do was worry about pictures and getting married! She never came to my husband or I throughout the wedding day unless it was an absolute emergency (turns out there was!). Clemence was able to handle a family member who had fainted during cocktail hour and got a paramedic to take care of her. The family member was fine and the wedding proceeded without issue, but it was a standout example of how well Clemence was able to handle a stressful situation without affecting the rest of the day. Clemence’s passion for weddings comes through in her detailed planning and coordinating - she takes great pride in making sure everything in her control allows the couple to have the best day of their lives. I’ve already recommended The Perfect Pair Weddings to several other couples and family members planning to get married, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

WOW!!! I don't even know where to start with Tara Blackwell from Lotus Events. I first want to start by saying there would be absolutely no way we would have gotten through this time without her. Anytime I had a question (even 11 months out) she provided a quick response. As it got closer to the wedding, she made herself readily available to meet us or join us for meetings. This was extremely important since we were getting married outside of where we lived. I have been in many weddings who have wedding planners and Tara has hands down been the best. Even everyone in my wedding party, family, etc loved her and respected her. The way she can take charge and control of situations while still being calm and composed is amazing. It is exactly what a Bride needs on her wedding day. I think it is one of the main reasons I was able to remain so calm and still enjoy, even when our rehearsal was completely rained out and were unable to practice before the big day. I knew she had everything under control. I also cannot fail to mention how well she knew her stuff. There was not a question I asked where she did not have a well thought out and helpful answer. Also, another huge thing is my husband even loved her as much as I did. She was the perfect balance of both of us, so was able to communicate on both our levels which was great. My partner and I got married in a traditional Hindu wedding ceremony followed by an American reception in the evening. Both events required very different kinds of planning and aesthetics. The decor for morning ceremony and evening reception was absolutely gorgeous! Paige and her team knocked it out of the park. Her assistant was super sweet too. Not just on the wedding day, Paige was super helpful in setting up pre-wedding events and activities, including pre-wedding shoots, food tasting, and events right before the wedding. My partner and I are not from Vegas, so we entirely relied on Paige and her team, and they did not disappoint. They are the absolute best at what they do! I would highly highly recommend Paige and Weddings by Leigh!

She knows more about these traditions than both my fiancé and I. She is always willing to go above and beyond. You can feel the warmth radiating from her and the knowledge. Planning a wedding half way across the country can seem daunting but Vanessa makes it so easy. My friends always comment that I must love wedding planning and I am the least stressed out bride but all credit goes to Vanessa. She literally carries all the stress. She is your friend, planner and therapist. I work a full time job and often call her on my drive home and we will start with how my day was and then we move to wedding details. She will always have your back. She has an extensive network of vendors she has worked with but also is always open to my suggestions of vendors I find. She has literally saved me thousands of dollars. My fiancé and I joked that she is our bodyguard in this crazy wedding industry world. Both of us are highly educated but Vanessa knows the right questions to ask and she also knows when something is not right. She is there to protect you. She will go over the details with a fine tooth comb. She will find people who fit your budget and style. She cares so much for her clients. The biggest mistake someone can make while planning their wedding is not hiring Vanessa. Hire her. You will not regret it.

On our wedding day and rehearsal as well she kept the whole crew on top of everything, and everything ran on time and seamlessly. I remember she came over to us during dinner reception and reminded us to take a moment to take it all in with each other – I now realized how important that was as I am still dreaming of that day and reliving all the moments in my mind. At the end of the evening – everything got packed neatly away into our cars so all we had to do was drive back. It was so amazing to work with her we cannot thank her and her team enough for their efforts to make our special day the best ever.

Where do I even begin with Ivory & Stone?! Let’s just say without them, there probably would’ve been no wedding. I had the pleasure of working with Robyn Fallon. The other girls were always available, but boy did I get lucky with her! She felt like a best friend during those six months, but was so professional at the same time. She knew every single detail that needed to be dealt with, at a moments notice (things I would’ve never thought of). We had many video calls, but I began looking forward to them. She never complained or made me feel crazy for changing my mind 64828 times. I trusted her with my life at that point. She knew I didn’t like something before I even knew I didn’t like it. I gave her the reigns, and she NAILED everything. The design, the vendor coordination, the scheduling, etc etc etc. They also use this platform that allows you to track everything, and it has every information a wedding could need. It made vendor shopping, budgeting, and communication so easy. I was never worried I was forgetting something. Some of my planning I was doing overseas, which did not make anything harder due to how accommodating she was. Keep in mind she’s also planning 47382 other weddings at the same time, but I felt like the only one. Fast forward to the big day… it went perfect. I could cry thinking about it. She was checking in on us throughout the entire day / night making sure we had food, drinks, and reminding us to enjoy each moment. At one point she even hair sprayed my husbands hair because it was acting wild hahah. Our guests are STILL reaching out to us raving about how beautiful everything was. Robyn is an all-in-one super hero. I will never forget her!
