Directions to Ceremony and Parking

The ceremony and reception will be held at nearby, but separate locations. The ceremony is at the campground marked on the map above, and the reception is the pink dot marked- they are only about half a mile away from each other, but will likely require a drive or shuttle from the ceremony. The best way to get to the ceremony is to map to Chambers Park Campground in Julian, CA right along Lake Cuyamaca (there are two locations if you Google it, use the address included on the invitation). Once you reach the entrance to the campground, let the gate attendant know you are there for the wedding to avoid the parking fee and they can help direct you towards the wedding. There will be parking as you turn left into the parking lot, with overflow parking if you continue. The ceremony will be held across the bridge (there will be signs pointing you in the right direction). The walk is only a few minutes long, but is across a dirt surface so just be aware of that if you don’t want to get your formal clothes dirty. We will have friends providing shuttling services across the bridge for those who would like. Be sure to arrive with plenty of time to park and make your way across the bridge! Also ladies- the ceremony is on grass, so pick your shoes accordingly! The reception will be held at the Ole Firehouse at Lake Cuyamaca just up the road. When exiting the campground, make a left and drive for about a quarter mile until you make a right on Engineers Road and the Firehouse is the first building on the right. Overflow parking will be at the campground with shuttle services available again if space runs out at the Firehouse. Thank you for your flexibility, and let us know if you have any questions!
