Reception Info
We are thrilled to have you join us in celebrating our marriage with a reception at the Union Club. Below is some info on what you can expect at the reception.
Valet parking at the Union Club is provided. The doors will be open beginning at 3:30 PM. Passed hors d'oeuvres and cocktails will be served until dinner, which will be at 5:00 PM. Music and dancing will follow until 10:00 PM.
The Dinner Menu:
Beef: Angus Filet Mignon with a truffle demi-glace.
Chicken: Bell & Evans airline chicken breast, stuffed with spinach & ricotta, with thyme-infused jus.
Fish: Grilled Alaskan Halibut with white wine infused butter sauce.
The beef, chicken, and fish dishes will be served with a boursin pomme macaire and vegetables.
The Vegan/Vegetarian option has changed! It will now be a seasonal vegetable risotto. This dish can be made vegan, but will be vegetarian by default. Please denote on your RSVP if you would like it prepared vegan. We apologize for any inconvenience.
